I was traveling solo so apparently got one of the smallest rooms in the riad, but it worked out well, because it was easy to heat. Once I cleared all the doo-dads that hotels think you need and put them in the closet I had room to open up my two roller suitcases. I had to mostly crawl into bed because the alcove was quite narrow, but it really wasn’t a problem. It is a gorgeous place and located right in the old city. The very good Casa Hassan restaurant is almost across the street. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The bathroom had a towel heater which was perfect for drying clothes very quickly in a pinch. There was a deep window ledge that I was able to use as a desk. Wifi same as many Moroccan hotels, meaning adequate for Zoom. Don’t know about live-streaming a movie. There was a hairdryer and TV in the room, but no safe.…

What a wonderful way to end our stay in Chefchaouen in this lovely restaurant away from the tourist square. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and several floors to choose the perfect table. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff were so nice too. We highly recommend when you are in this beautiful Blue City!

Right in the heart of the old city at the main square, great location, funky fun rooms, lots of meeting places, friendly staff and service, no negative feedback Great place to walk to any restaurant or shop or to take off into the hills for a hike.

This is a beautifully decorated and well located Riad, close to the main square and parking. The lovely blue alleyways and corners are just steps away. Our room was on the terrace from where we saw not only the beautiful blue houses and their terraces but also the perfect sunset. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only thing I was disappointed about was that if you don’t like/eat eggs, there was noting hot to eat. Overall we had a nice stay would definitely stay there if we were to return!

Great traditional Moroccan Meal. Beef-almond-prune-apricot Tangine as well as veggie couscous Tangine; assorted Moroccan salads. Delicious! Welcoming host and staff. Lovely setting. Go here on your way thru the “blue city.”

Our dinner started off with a disappointing taboule salad (not really taboule... it had no Parsley, tomatoes, or any flavour. Instead, the bulgur was quiet raw and mixed with strawberries - hard pass next time). HOWEVER, the meat tagine and chicken Couscous were ON POINT. Mouthwatering and delicious. Would definitely go back and reorder more of their tagine to try. Beautiful atmosphere. The location is very unassuming but once you're inside, your mind will be blown.

The hotel has great location, just a few yards from the fort and parking. The main building is beautiful and breakfast was great. They also have a restaurant across the street. Watch out for the 4 rooms upstairs of the restaurant, vs the main building. The heater does not always work. We spent hours with multiple trips to get the remote to work in two rooms. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Housekeeping washed underwear and hang them on the rooftop. I have not seen anywhere else. Breakfast in the morning is slow so be prepared.

The building and internal decoration are outstanding, traditional Moroccan but on a small scale. with atmospheric music playing and lovely orange blossom oil fragrance. Our room was compact with a comfortable clean bed, coffee and a TV. The bathroom design was beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful and service polite. The downside is that if you are in the rooms above the dining room it is noisy from as early as 6:30 am with staff setting tables and banging crockery.other guests were eating loudly from 7am. The shower had not been cleaned with lots of hair which was off putting. Perfect central location for exploring the old medina

Wonderful decor in all areas. Rooms 19-22 are at the back near the. Kitchen/washing area which starts getting noisy from 6.30. Then you have the noisy diners from 7am . Best to be in a room away from the this area. Aside from that the room is comfy , breakfast outstanding but too much for 2 people. Staff are good.

This distinctly Moroccan hotel is a must see and stay. Each room is special and unique. The decor is stunning from ceilings to walls to floors. The roof terrace offers a terrific view of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If we return we would only stay here!
