Stayed here with a group as part of a Salkantay trek, not sure how much the hotel costs as was part of a package. After several days camping the hotel felt very comfortable! The rooms are clean, big bathroom and nice comfy beds. Wifi was quick. There was some confusion over breakfast. We needed to be up for machu pichu... More

I'm not sure what people are complaining about. Inti Punku is a modern and well appointed hotel and is a great value relative to other choices. It has a great restaurant and the staff are great. Yes it's near the train station, but it's not noisy and that didn't bother us at all. It's close to a lot of restaurants... More

Stayed here after 4 nights of camping. Loved the shower and room -- It was the nicest shower we had in 2 weeks of travel in Peru. The location was central to the train, shopping and getting to the bus for Machu Picchu. Felt very clean.

For some context: I came from 4 days of camping. The hotel is nice, bright and roomy. The hot shower was a real blessing and so was the nice bed. The breakfast is quite elaborate and the staff is nice. My room had train station view, so that's a advantage (quick access to travel) and disadvantage (periodical announcements and trains... More

this hotel was booked for us by our trekking company. our entire group (10) stayed in the hotel as did many other trekkers. good: big showers that are clean and hot water, huge bed (we booked a "marital bed" which is just two double beds pushed together but who cares), 330AM breakfast (i think the trekking company arranged this just... We knew Aquas Calientes is pricier than the rest of Cusco area so it's not as if we came with huge expectations for a $120 dollar hotel. But this was just awful. There was no hot water for the first hours, the doors and walls are so thin you can hear everything from the hotel lobby and there is so... More

I tried to keep my expectations low after arriving from probably one of the nicest hotels in Peru, Tambo del Inka. I picked this hotel after my first choice, Tierra Viva, was full and booked this one after noticing it only had a few reviews and most were good. I hoped the hotel was recently remodeled and maybe even new.... More

This was booked for us through a travel company. It was the only bad "hotel" we stayed at while in Peru, and it was just essentially a hostal. Pictures online are nothing like the hotel actually is. It was loud all the time, smelled like smoke, rooms were small, bathroom was gross, awful, and outdated. Did not seem like a... More

All needs were met here : hot water, reliable wifi (it could be better, but then again so could all wifi in town), breakfast in the morning, and literally RIGHT in front of the train station. A very short walk to everywhere else in AC. What I appreciated most about my stay was how nice and helpful staff were. They... More

This hotel was included as part of a tour we did. It was an upgrade to three stars from the standard option. The reception was clean and modern but the corridors and rooms were very tired. If the fabric on carpets and seat cushions are worn through it's time for a refurbishment! Breakfast was ok and started at 4:30 which... More
