On our last day in Machu Picchu we were in desperate need of an iphone charger cord. We were frantically searching for a retail store to purchase this item, with no success. On our way to the train station we saw the Waman Hotel and thought someone there would be able to direct us to a store that would sell...

The rooms are tiny, food so-so, but it's clean, modern, and kept up well. The staff pleasant and accommodating, and there's a nice view from the room. And you're not coming to Aguas Calientes to stay in your hotel room right? So a good choice as a waypoint for your Machu Picchu adventure. It's relatively high on the hill, convenient...

Clean room/hotel and courteous staff. Nice restaurant, accommodated food requests, happy hour pisco drink was good. Short walk to the bus stop to go to MP as well as the railway station. Wifi was good. I would choose this hotel if I come back in the future.

This Hotel is perfectly located in the city of Aguas Caliente. It's super clean, staff is amazingly helpful and friendly, the free breakfast was excellent, better than anything else we have eaten. The towels are super soft and fluffy and best of all the mattresses are comfortable. It's definitely better than a 3 star hotel. Recommend to anyone.

This hotel is located 3-4 blocks from the busses to Machu Picchu - also a short walk from the train station. The rooms are a decent size and the hotel was very clean. The service from the front desk personnel was excellent - very accomadating. They stored some of our stuff while we went to Machu Picchu. There is a...

Very friendly staff! My room was clean and offered a great view. The hotel attendant offered us suggestions of places to eat. This hotel was booked by Llama Path Tours. They were kind enough to hold our luggage freee of charge when we went to Macchu Pichu for the day. The Wifi was best in the lobby.

we arrived to Waman Hotel recommended by a tourist guide. We spent only one night, the staff were very helpful and a "bell boy" take us to our room. Coming from Cusco where we had little hot water for a shower, we were pleasantly surprised that Waman hotel had hot water with excellent water pressure. The room was clean and although there is no AC or central heating we were comfortable for a one night stay. The only complaint we had was that for a double room they wouldn't...
