I wasn’t expecting much but received even less! A basic room which had a bed and a TV and a view of a brick wall. One duvet cover had blood stains on it. Good shower. Badly frayed towel. Wifi in reception. Breakfast OK. However I think I was bitten by bed bugs!!!

So the hotel was so so. No hot water when I was there one night however, my travel company had failed to secure my reservation and it was a holiday weekend so it was very busy. The staff went out of their way to make calls, search other hostels and eventually find me a spot. I was so grateful. They... More

We stayed here overnight on our Machu Pichu trip. This is a very basic hotel, no frills. The location is good, its in the center of the town but thats probably the only thing going for it. The lobby is very shabby, there is not heating system in the hotel. The nights are cold in July and we had no... More

I have absolutely no complaints with this hotel after camping on the Inca Trail (which was actually awesome, as well). Water was really, really hot! Bed was VERY comfortable! Location to restaurants, etc was good! Breakfast was very good with long hours, starting early for those taking the bus to Machu Pucchu. The only complaint might be the noisy street,... More

We only stayed for one night and there was nothing horrible about it, but I would not choose to stay here again. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, it is in an extremely noisy area of town, so I was very tired the next day. Breakfast is serviceable but not as good as the two other inns we stayed... I was in Aguascalientes like everyone else, to see Macchu Picchu. I stayed the night here at the inti inn hotel and it was VERY good. The charger for my phone broke and I needed to get one so they drew a map for me and told me which store to go to. I also couldn't find my guide for... More

Stayed for one night. Hotel is at the top of a hill. Perfectly decent hotel but SO NOISY. Construction during the day until 4pm and loud parties from the street below at night until 11pm. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast looked ok, we took food to go since we were catching the early bus to MP. Wifi doesn't work... More

Ceiling fell down on friends staying there in another room--accompanied by flooding. Reception was confused when questioned. Luggage was left behind reception desk and a sleeping bag was lost. It didn't smell very well either. Made me miss my campsite and 31 degree weather on the mountain. ;-)

Booked this hotel thru cheapoair and our flight ended up getting cancelled so we never made it. The manager of the hotel says that my girlfriend and I were a no show. Really I know we were a no show we couldn't physically even get there. So the hotel wouldn't even refund partial of the money. Don't waste your money... More
