We stayed at this hotel Friday 03/15/19 to 03/16/2019 during our Machu Picchu tour. The hotel is very plain and nothing special. The windows are right above the river which was cool. We ended up sleeping with open window but it does get cold during the night (they have a heater

HI there. I'm wondering if the rooms have Air Conditioning in them. Thanks for the help.
It depends on when you go. We went in late Aug/early Sept and ours did not have AC (they turn off the AC for all rooms during their winter months). We had to ask them to bring up a fan. We tried to open the window but the street noise was unbearable.

Do they provide laundry service?
Yes, but the shops in the streets near by are cheaper and faster

is there oxygen in the rooms
Not in the rooms. Maybe at the front desk? Really don't need it since Aguas Calientes isn't that high (only 6900ft I think).
