This places was a great find. Beautiful view and garden with tonnes of sun. The staff were helpful and friendly and organised tours and pick ups for us. The breakfasts were delicious and way better than the usual hostel breakfasts of eggs and toast. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. All in all, a great stay.

The room I stayed in was pleasant and clean (and cleaned daily). The hot water and the breakfasts were great, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Some staff speak English. The price I was paying was very reasonable, and the quality of accommodation compared favourably to much more expensive places I stayed in. A great budget option for anyone...

Churup was a beautiful place to stay before and after a recent trek in the Huaraz area. It's located close to tour operators, nice restaurants, a grocery store, and Cruz del Sur. The rooms and common areas are beautiful - very colourful and eclectic. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. Of all the hostels and hotels I...

This has been one of my favorite spot in Peru. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and the kitchen upstairs was really amazing. We stayed there 2 nights and extended for 2 extra nights. Not the cheapest spot but really worth it !

Stayed there for 3 nights in all. All good. Clean rooms. The rooms and common areas are well appointed including many antique items to add interest. Breakfast area is delightful - it's on the top floor and has a high vaulted ceiling and a nice view. Breakfast is fairly basic but good quality. The internet is good. There is a...

We stayed for just one night en route to a lodge in the mountains. Relieved to get here after an 8 hour bus ride from Lima. Nice location. Well furnished room with a comfortable bed. Our room was in the first floor overlooking the courtyard. Decent wifi throughout. Excellent breakfast in the top floor dining room. Help yourself to bread,...

We got to this hostel by chance, when were hopeless trying to find the place to stay at night on the way to Trujillo. We didn't make the reservation and were really happy to find two spare family rooms in Churup Guest House. The Quirós Romero family in 1996 reconstructed their own house to a hostel. And the atmosphere is...

A very lovely and cosy welcoming atmosphere was been created here. The hotel is colourful with beautiful attention to detail like the wonderful paintings and fresh flowers about. The wifi worked ok and the shower was nice and hot. Staff were lovely as well. I wasn't sure what the extras for breakfast were, maybe a sign or two to advertise...

This guesthouse is a little gem! Completely charming house on 3 floors and a big living room and kitchen at the top with a 360 degrees view on Huaraz and its landscape. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had the matrimonial room on the last floor which was massive and very cosy. And to add to all of...
