May be one of the best in town, but it is not enough. Breakfast, quality of the restaurant, WiFi, english talking personel, lightning in rooms and communal areas all need attention. Personel though very friendly and willing to help.

My husband and I spent a few days in Huraz on our honeymoon in Peru in October. Arawi Pastoruri Hotel was amazing! The hotel staff went above and beyond on our stay. We loved it very much. All staff were very friendly, spoke some English and helped us book hiking tours which were amazing.

We stayed in this hotel, located somewhat distant from the city center, for 3 nights. It is one of the more modern hotels in Huataz but it is not run with the modern traveller in mind. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is willing but the fact that nobody speaks English makes communcating very difficult. I suppose staff in a... More

I don't have anything to compare the Arawi with in Huaraz. I'd gotten the recommendation on TripAdvisor, and we drove directly there. Well, sorta - my driver had to ask several times for directions. But we found it. The property feels new - or at least well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was cold (no heat, like a... More

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Great pillows and mattress. Breakfast a bit basic and slow service. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk from the central square. Great view from the restaurant.

My wife and I recently stayed in this hotel for four days and three nights. The hotel is situated approximately 1 km from the town centre but the walk is quite pleasant and one can see Huaraz inhabitants and shops on the way. The staff did not speak much English but are keen to help. The room was very comfortable... More

I did not find this hotel a pleasant place to stay. While upper floors have views, my room on the second floor looked out on a brick wall. The lighting is poor and only one outlet makes it difficult to charge devices. There is a nice deck on the top of the hotel that has an excellent view of the... More

Thank you for submitting your comments, which are welcome and are taken carefully to be able to continuously improve. As presumed, rooms have different views depending on your location. However on the second floor the majority of the rooms have views to the city, but definitely the best is not the view from the rooms, but from the restaurant and... More

The staff is very nice and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist gave me a double room. He asked me just to use one bed, whick I did. Excellent bed with firm mattress, which made my stay a pleasant one. Spacious room with a nice size bathroom. The breakfast was included though, and a good... More
