We stayed for one night. Luckily we didn't have much time to spend indoors, but the rooms look old as they go back to the communism age. Also, the rooms were small and pretty cold by night. The breakfast was ok. Overall this hotel is not a 3 star hotel at all.

Despite asking for two adjoining rooms in advance we got 2 rooms in the same floor but far from each other which was a problem due to the kids The hotel is very basic , which is in parallel with the price level but the breakfast was simply not good.

The Euro Hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from the city center in a residential/commercial neighborhood. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is reasonably fluent in English and very helpful. They have a pool but we think it is used for a fee by locals. They have a spartan but adequate fitness center and free parking on...

Smoking allowed, and apparantly well practiced in most rooms, as might be common in this part of Europe. The hotel has a pool, gym and a bowling lane in the bar. For scandinavians the price level here is very very affordable. The staff was helpful and fluent in english so thats nice. No major complaints really. Bed is so, so....

Despite the convenient price and a good placement, relatively close to the downtown, and very accessible, being placed on main avenue of the city, I don't recommend the hotel to the people who like large spaces (rooms are to small in my opinion) and a little bit "noisy", especially if you get a room wit "street view". Spa, pool and...

Everything you need - nothing more. A perfect 3 stars hotel. Easy to find. The room was just fine. Service was good.Good shower. Breakfast ok. Not a city center but with a very easy reach. For one night it is a perfect choice in Baia Mare.
