Clean and comfortable rooms. Good soundproofing even tho you are near a big street. Fast and flexible check-in procedure. Restaurant is a top notch steak house. We had a great Tomahawk which was shared between two people. Waiter was super friendly even tho we came in 30 minutes before closing; I sadly do not remember his name. Parking is free. Pretty good for a stop near Romanian border. Would stay again. Service better than the other luxury hotel in the town.

Very nice Hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was superb. Prompt service. I think that they overcharge for several extra hours in your room that you need to accommodate your flight departure.

We stayed on 2 seperate times at this hotel. Both times the customerservice was +5star. The staff where really helpfull. I was traveling with my family and we have to small boys age 1,5 and 4,5. The 1,5 year old boy had on both stays a really bad day and it was really hard for us parents to enjoy the food in the restaurant. But the staff had a great eye for the situation and offered to bring the dinner to the room. I don't have enough positive words to say about this staff and how they take care of the customer. Highly recommend this place.

The equipment of the room was fine, the full buffet breakfast was very delicious. The hotel staff was friendly. There was no space in the hotel's internal parking lot, so we had to park next to the building. It was unbearably hot in the room and in the common areas, the air conditioning did not work.

The general level is maximum 3 stars. Rooms are small and not ventilated, lack of fresh air. There is no ventilation in bathroom so using the toilet will make very unpleasant the stat in the room. Also if you take a shower, all the steam will be directly in the room. Air conditioning is working not in a very effective way, opening the window is only partialy possible and it is too noisy to sleep with window open. The hotel is situated on a very busy street and it faces the tram rail. I found a few hairs on the floor in the shower, it is disgusting and it shows that the rooms are not properly cleaned. The corridors are hot and not ventilated, there is a light at the entrance in the room that automaticaly is switching off after 1 minute ....come on! It reminds me Ceausescu era!! Lack of lighting exactely in the luggage space makes impossible to see what are you looking for. Bathrooms are extremely small, equipment old and cheap. Beds are too small, unconfortable for 2 people. Entrance to spa is 60 lei/ pers. What??? If they give me 60 lei I will not enter the spa at a hotel that is not able to clean properly the bathroom...!!! The location of the hotel- far from the center. …

Very good conditions, clean rooms, good facilities, although I didn't get the chance to test the spa. The employees I have been in contact with, are very nice and very helpful ( Anca and Roxana from reception). Also, Diana the waiter, has a super attitude, being nice and helpful with her customers ( she should be sales manager in my opinion 😀).

A perfect business place for staying in Oradea. Services are over the class. We appreciated reception staff wich provided us prompted and personalized services. Breakfast are divers and fresh. Hotel is clean and silent; walking distance from City Center.

Bad experience with the reception staff from Ramada Oradea (on 27-29.08, 2022). No prices are displayed and the clerk/s give/s incomplete and unclear explanations that leave the customer confused – and unhappy. The staff of a 4-star hotel must respect the customers and give them the service they deserve for the money they charge.

We were on a tour of Romania and this is one of the many hotels that we stayed in. The rooms were adequate and comfortable for a short stay. We had breakfast and supper there and the food was tasty and well cooked.
