Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

room is standard small. Bathroom is ok, hot water and clean toilet and sink. The shower hose was a bit broken but I could still use it. The hallway to the room is very narrow , I've never seen anything like it/ It has a big parking lot because it's kinda of a hotel for truck drivers. The breakfast is paid seperatly and you have 4 choises of meals, which are simmilar having ham, eggs, veggies and include a coffee. The room and hallway are not ventilated very well, I am alergic to dustmites and my allergy activated here, which means they don't do the best job with keeping the hotel clean. You can stay the night here, but Oradea has so many more options

Unfortunately we attended a friends mothers funeral that was near Llandudno. Found this hotel that was next to the afternoon tea venues. Best price I could find and great position. In arrival we left bags and attended the venue. Very pleasant reception. Shown to immaculate double and single rooms. Whole place was spotless. Very good shower etc Breakfast also very good with pleasant staff. As good a hotel as I’ve stayed at especially at the price. Well done

The hotel is "dusty", it needs a renovation. The carpet in the hall is very dirty, the design is no longer known, the installations are old and when you take a shower you have a spa, cold / hot. The guy from the reception very friendly and helpful. The restaurant ..... better not! But you're in the middle of nowhere so, you must eat something. It was a large group from a company, housed there. We were told that we can only order barbecues. Ok, barbecue, I ordered also with french fries. I asked for cheese on the potatoes. There were slight traces of cheese. The order took over an hour. At breakfast, at the espresso machine, there was a poster that said it was just a person's coffee! Pathetic! Incredible!

Parking lot was with lot of holes. Password to the internet only after asking on reception. Leaky shower base but otherwise not so bad room. Breakfast was 20 minutes late and on a plate. Only 1 coffee per customer.

The bathroom looked more modern than the rest of the room, which was normal, except for the pillows which were huge and I could not really sleep so well.. but for what I paid, the hotel was ok and clean. At the restaurant there was only one person serving and too many people for him to handle all the orders... and that is why he could not serve me with a orange juice made of fresh oranges...

It is not a modern place, but employees were nice. Food at restaurant was fair. Distance to city center does not make it a practical choice. But, it is located in a green and relatively quiet area. Overall I think it is fair.

This review is for the hotel's lunch service, that takes place at the reception and thereby having a cold atmosphere. Nevertheless, it's good for a quick bite when you are in need, but I would not spend my evening diner there; there are better places around (fe Rivo). I can advise the pork cordon bleu which was nicely served (rolled and then cut in 4 pieces), very tasty, together with baked patatoes and a mix salat (cowl, tomato, paprika). Within 45 minutes we were done, so ideal for a quick lunch.

Only 1500 metres from the border with Hungary, this hotel is convenient for those with their own transport. The hot water on the second floor was exceptionally long in coming. I gave up and complained to reception who said to persist and it will come eventually. Couldn't get the TV to get any reception. Wi Fi worked well. Breakfast was the highlight, Multiple choices. I had 'English" which was bacon and eggs with sausages, juice and coffee. Trucks queue up for the border past the front entrance but the night was quiet.

I had the chance to stay here with two other Americans, on a trip we took around western Romania. This was a easy place to stay, near enough to the train station - although it's not actually in Oradea, but just outside of it. Either way, the taxi ride was dirt cheap (by our standards), and while the hotel was a little higher than we'd anticipated on spending - they let us stay the night even without a reservation. The room was very clean, large, and with a nice TV; We were actually surprised at the nice standards of the place, considering we were in eastern Europe. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that in Romania, TV channels - that are showing English programs - are left in English with Romanian subtitles. The bathroom was nice sized, and all three of us had our own bed. The view was nothing special - just a lot of empty terrain, flat and with plenty of dirt. The hotel itself was very bright, clean and large - and also quite western looking. The staff was extremely friendly, and I would say that all in all, the price was fair considering everything. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area, looking for a comfortable place to stay the night, once again keeping in mind that you are no longer in western Europe. It's definitely worth the price.

The hotel is not in Oradea - it is a couple of km outside. In fact it is just over the Romanian border - so fine for a first night in Romania. Lots of trucks lining up to leave the country on the road - but were not a problem. The hotel is perfectly acceptable for a stopover - staff friendly and helpful and the hotel rooms were clean. Very easy to find on the main road - and although you would not want to stay for a few days it is an ideal stopover. Buy you vignette (road tax) at the border before getting to the hotel as it proved difficult for us to buy at other stations after the hotel. Also change money at the border - the hotel didn't do it.
