We went to visit family in north of Romania, and we stay to Central. This remains a good hotel to stay when you go to Piatra Neamt - clean rooms, and perfect location next to train station, the télécabines for the mountain, and close to all shopping malls. Like in many hotels after pandemic, the problem remains a combination of shirt staff and attention to details. This can be easily resolved with management implementing controls and decisions matrix, and I recommend the local hotel management to review the controls. Cleaning people clean up room in approximative way, the cup of coffee was left on the corridor by cleaning person instead of bringing the cup down to restaurant. One of the towel was very used, ready for retraitement, the person in charge can decide to remove it from circuit. As said, good location, just some small details are required to make it great location. I recommend.…

Location of the hotel is very good, and probably when it was built it was a very good hotel. But it is well worn, bathroom was very smelly, A/C just stopped working and there was no way to restart it.

Excellent location, in the center of the city,, with very, very nice and helpful staff, rooms are big and very clean, bathrooms are nice and well equipped. I always choose Central Plaza when I travel to Piatra Neamt and they never disappoint me and it’s the best price-quality report.

The City is large and busy but their is not much to to so one night is more than enough and given my disapointing stay at Andora Coplex - which I considered a bit of a rip off - this Hotel was large new looking and the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds and A/C - the B/Fast was good and plentyful and the staff friendly and helpful - The car park was free in front of the Hotel so as a place to stop for one night it is a very good option - I went for the Junior Suite at Euro 80 - good value.

I would like to appreciate the quality of the services in the Hotel Central Plaza. The receptionist answered all our questions and gave us hints. He even have us the room with the best view on the city. Totally recommended!

Stayed here for a few nights and also booked 20+ rooms for our wedding guests. Everything was sparkling clean, the manager did her best to accommodate all our requirements and our guests appreciated the fact that it's so close to the rail/bus station. Rooms are comfy and some spectacular views. Would definitely return

Even I had to show my ID card and the clerk made a copy (without signing any GDPR form) I still had to pay in advance at check-in. Imagine that I arrived around middle of the night, the reception clerk informed me that the POS is not working (I am not sure about that but in the middle of the night there is no authority to rely on) and I had to pay in advance in cash. Since I had no cash I went into the city to find a a bank with ATM that belongs to my credit card to cash out some money in order to pay the hotel. This is the most terrible experience I had and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thanks a lot for that cool short stay in your hotel. Everything was perfectly OK ❤️🤗 Will come back in case I'm here again. Nice view, comfortable room and tasty breakfast. There is a supermarket nearby unless you have dinner. And a nice cafe just round the corner.

Good location in the city center, nice view, very spacious and clean rooms, extra-large bed - the most comfortable bed we've ever had in a hotel room, friendly staff, free private parking. We didn't wake up for the breakfast so I have no idea about that, but they have a bar and a bakery which serves good coffee and delicious cakes.
