Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel is at best 3 stars..the pictures on line must have been taken some years ago as the decor is somewhat dated and tired compared to them..we had a room at from of building.it was clean and adequate..the bathroom was huge with a nice big Jacuzzi.. unfortunately we didn't get to use it ..we didn't sleep a wink first night as it does not have any sound proofing and the noise from the boulevard outside was deafening..the "staff " did find us another room at back which was much quieter and made our second night much more bearable..breakfast was average and we had to hunt for staff th get coffee and it seemed that this was hassle for them..we booked this hotel due to its advertised spa facilities only to find a tiny splash pool and sauna , steam room and hot tub all not working..I appreciate that ploiesti is probably not a tourist hub so standards are not that cared for..won't be going here again

The room was clean with quality furniture, ideal for a romantic weekend. Excellent bed (with massage), large balcony overlooking the Boulevard. Bathtub with lovely jacuzzi, perfect function. Good breakfast. Wireless internet is very good.Very good location near the city center. The TV remote did not work but they changed the batteries and worked. The problem was the heat in the room that did not work. We announced at the reception, said they would check, but nothing happened. The weather was ok but otherwise we could not stay in the room.

Hotel is very grandiose...big Mirrors, chairs, nice furniture in the bedrooms. Some rooms even have jacuzzis, and some beds even vibrate...odd, but cool. Internet is extremely good! See screenshot. At the same time, the pool is not maintained, and the sauna facility is in the dark basement which feels like something out of the movie hostel....no people, no sound, little light...spooky. Hotel staff are very helpful, and it’s very clean. I imagine that if they had more guests, the above would be operational, and clean, which for me would take it to a 4 star property. Breakfast is decent, some Hot and many cold items. Across the street is an amazing new steak restaurant! It’s a 5 star place...t-bone is great, as is argentine steak.

Comfortable, large and clean rooms. Kind staff. Breakfast was good enough. Rooms are a bit expensive compared to most of hotels in ploiesti. close to city center 5 minutes to walk. Also vigo hotel has a small but clean pool.

The rooms are very clean and have everything you can imagine for a 4 star hotel. The managers did everythings we asked them and kept all their promises. The rooms look romantic and they let us take poctures (wedding pictures)

Cute boutique type hotel. Beautiful marble floors and a comfortable but older decor. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and spoke English. The internet works well throughout the hotel and even in the patio. Would not seek this out again, only because they couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower. The location is close to the university and the clock museum with several pubs and restaurants close by. Breakfast is what you expect from a serve-yourself-buffet (eggs, ham, various sausages, fresh bread, cheese ...etc.). All and all a good meal.

And it is not far from the center and around the hotel there's a lot of restaurants where you can go and eat. The people who are working there they are all friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for taking good care of me

Stayed here for 1 night. Arrived at hotel and realised I had forgotten my plug adapter. Guy behind reception was very helpful and offered one that they had in the drawer. Large jacuzzi bath in the room which was appreciated after a long day. Slept well. Breakfast in the morning was a bit of a non-event. I went down and there was nothing out. I went to the bar counter and was asked what I would like. There was no menu, nothing so I was unsure what to say. I was offered an omelette so asked for a plain one. It arrived and was filled with all sorts, mushrooms, peppers, onions etc, not really a breakfast omelette. I had to leave it. I will definetly stay at this hotel again but will probably have an extra half hour in bed rather than go down for breakfast.
