Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have visited with friends hotel for a daily spa. It was the hottest day in Serbia. Staff didnt want to open sun umbrella due to the wind. Wind was not so strong. External guests, as guest of hotel sunburned. It was terrible hot and only reason why we had visited swimming pool is only reason of our visit. they didnt offer any alternative. Using inside swimming pool asked additional payment. Based on request to get glass of water, answer was/ we dont give water from the tap, you can only buy.

The hotel is serving breakfast buffet and only personnel wear masks. Guests are taking food as if global pandemic does not exist at all! Shocked as the hotel is advertised as 4*/5*!!! Food is nice. Variety is average, matches 3* standards. In the terrace restaurant you cannot get a glass of water for kids in addition to the cake ordered, we were told they only serve bottled water. This is a major turn off. Outside pool is nice, loungers somewhat dated. Indoor pool and spa are nothing special compared to other spa hotels in the category of 4*/5* in Serbia. Rooms are large, but stuck in 90s style, need refurbishment. To sum up - we booked promo offer so it is barely acceptable, otherwise prices do not follow offered quality at all. You can get much better amenities and service elsewhere.

Pros: Comfortable room, a good set of amenities, great indoor pool and outdoor basketball court, affordable massage in SPA... Cons: If you are visiting with baby, it takes more time to get down to Vrsac center (and especially up) as you have to walk around with a stroller (there are "1000 stairs" in shortest route). Also, it is quite pricey for Vrsac hotel (the prices are similar to Belgrade, Budapest or Thessaloniki).

We loved the location of Villa Breg and the atmosphere when we arrived. However, after just an hour we changed a bit the smile. The place is very nice and could be a very nice place to escape. however, the quality of the services is poor and for sure it's not the 4 stars marketed (sometimes even 5) but 3..even if the price is 5 star above.. Plus: the location, the terrace, the pool, the dimension of the room, the breakfast Negative: the parking available is 500 m down the hill and is not very easy to climb the hill with the luggage and children; the rooms are quite old style and would need a refurbishment; the water in the pool was quite cold, the lounges were too few for the occupants and the served drinks were very poor quality (wine, orange juice, etc.) and way too expensive; the restaurant was nice but again the waiters were way too slow (and we were the only guests) and the food was somehow acceptable but, for example the schnitzel meant actually grilled chicken breast (language barriers or just bad service?). In the end, a big issue was that they did not announce us and they had a wedding during the night so the sleep was very poor due to the noise that lasted until 3 o'clock in the morning. It would have been nice to let us know especially because we had the children with us. So, I recommend to stay here only if you pay around 40 euros per night; otherwise for sure there are other places with a better price-quality report.

High price for service level. The breakfast is so simple and unobtrusive that it ranks as a 2 star hotel. At the pool, drinks are served in plastic cups and are finely charged. Bicycle rental, late check-out, massage and other activities cost an extraordinary lot. Short impression - disappointed.

I ve been there many, many times to have lunch but never stayed as looked to expensive for my pocket ...Last time I got a visit from some good friend from Bucharest and we thought to have a nice week end on the Vrsac hill ...So we booked a "special designed tailored offer for us" (as was mentioned in the e mail we got)....well..about 150 EUR/night....We got there took the rooms and smashed to the pool as the kids were very keen to have a bath....When we arrived at the pool there were only 2 laungechairs and no umbrella available and we were six ..We asked at the staff they said they will bring but we conclude that they actually didn t understand what we were asking for....Anyway we succeeded to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids in 2 beds...When we looked at the pool we realized that nobody was in the water ....since was cold ..we had to put lot of courage to take some bath there and we went immediately after to the pharmacy to get some medicines just in case the kids would have got a cold or something....Well but what actually was the worst was the...wedding!!!!!....Yes my friends we paid 150 eur/night at a 4stars hotel and we couldn t sleep until 1 o clock in the morning.... I would not go back again..Pitty for the position and the view the place is offering....

Nice, medium size hotel and spa, on the very best position in Vrsac, a charming small city under Vrasacki bref mountain. Staff is very kind, extraordinary in spa. Hotel and spa is clean. Rooms are spacious, little bit over decorated... View is wonderful. If you like physical activities there is mountain bikes for rent, gym or mountain hiking to Vrsacka kula, an hysterical fortress on Vrsacki Berg. Around city there is few monasteries and wine road with opportunity to try local wines.
