An excellent room on the ground floor enabled us to cross the lawn to the swimming pool. Deepest pool I have come across, ideal for little(big) boys to achieve an ambition and "bomb" without soaking anyone else. The bedrooms were fine with all the usual amenities and a very comfortable bed that would show up many a top U.K. Hotel....

Our stay was generally comfortable. We were assigned a room with a view of the swimming pool. The reception area was nicely decorated with teak furniture. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka in terms of variety and quality. The Sri Lankan and international spreads were equally good. The service from the wait staff as...

Well located - clean rooms - friendly staff and an amazing breakfast spread made this single night layover a wonderful retreat from the sights of the ancient city. Rooms are clean - and super clean beds and chilled beer and more than adequate choice of food - the curries are hot and not for the faint of heart....

Hotel is in the city near by Nuwarawawea tank so close to historical places, good to stay when traveling to visit the site of worshiping foods, accommodations are good even if the building is bit old.

O.k. for a 4 star hotel. Not a newly built building. Me and my wife stayed in a deluxe room. First appearance of the room was bad due to old and cheap plywood door with a loosen bedroom lock. Small room but can't complain. 2 beds joined instead of a double bed. Very small TV with 6-7 local channels (poor...

Folks at the reception desk were very helpful and went out of the way to make sure that our group was well settled. The amenities were quite decent and comfortable. Mr. Madushka at the front desk helped me to regenerate our lost flight documentation for our return flights. Thanks for exceptional service.

We stayed just for a night on our visit to Anuradhapura. The hotel is located on the Lakeside (a small distance away) the hotel has a simple two storeyed structure spread over a large property. The property is scenic and well maintained with manicured lawns which was a onetime rest house of 1953 vintage as the plaque in the lobby...

This is a pleasant hotel in spacious grounds set beside the lake. It has something of a colonial feel to it. The rooms were comfortable and the service good. We had dinner and breakfast and both were fine without be exceptional. Recomended.

This hotel has a nice structure in front of the lake. Position is good to visit archeological site by bike that you can rent there. Rooms are ok, not really modern especially the toilet...I would avoid to eat there because dinner was really bad for their price. I would just suggest for a short stay

Surprisingly lovely hotel for a night - great service in the restuarant, clean room, delicious dinner on the terrace and geeked out on the Bawa inspired modernist architecture. View of the stupa from the pool across the lake.
