This could be a beautiful beach resort and may have been in the past but it is a bit run down. When we arrived the room smelled terribly musty and it took a long time to get the smell out. It is kid friendly with lots for the kids to do and not too far out of town. Overall I...

We spent two nights at this hotel. While not a resort like you would get in Mexico, it did have a small beach and a nice pool. The outdoor bar and restaurant area was clean and comfortable. The rooms have comfortable beds, and were clean. The breakfast was good, with many selections. The staff were friendly and helpful, and english...

First of all, forget about Playa Tortuga being a Resort, as it does not offer all diversity of food and entertainment a resort does, Having this in mind, think about a place to relax and have peaceful time. Our first impression was awful as they had put us in a very humid and mouldy bedroom, room 212. As I am...

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The rooms are ok, the beach is small but nice. The pool is beautiful. But i wouldn't call this a resort. It is a nice hotel but maybe a bit to expensive for what you get. There is a safe but it is not attached to anything... We did have a problem with our...

After arriving, I was taken to a room that was dirty and run down. After being alone in it for less than five minutes, I was so overwhelmed with the smell of mildew and mold, that I went back to the front desk to see if there were any other rooms available. They showed me a couple of more rooms,...

We booked this place at the last minute while on vacation in Bocas del Toro. Wish we would have saved our money and just stayed longer at the place we were already at. The towels were horrible. The linen actually flaked off and stuck to your skin. When you dried off after a shower, you then had to wipe yourself...

We booked for the period 11/18-Nov-16 but by 12-Nov we had decided to check out as soon as possible and return home To start positively the only good that can be said about this hotel was that the swimming pool was good. Everything else was either poor or at best mediocre and in my view the hotel does not justify...

Go to this place if you want to relax!! Don't do to this place if you expect that there are shops around, that's in bocas town. This is a really good hotel with a super pool and good clean rooms (and good beds!).
