My family and I look forward to a return stay at this attractive hotel with its easy access to the sea. Our room was large, and very clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Just returned and had a fabulous time! The hotel staff were just wonderful in helping me with boat tours, guides and restaurants. Felt very safe and well taken care which was important to me since I was traveling alone. Highly recommend this hotel. The Owner, Sally, was a joy to deal with and her banana bread was delicious for breakfast.

The hotel is modern, but styled to area. Comfortable in the room or on the deck or patio. Easy walk to any place in Old Town Bocas. lots of good places to eat on the water. Close transport to public or charter boats to enjoy inland and among islands. Walk to scuba lessons/boats. Handled small groups as well a singles/couples...

I arrived in Bocas town without a reservation and del Mar was the second place I stopped at to inquire. They had a couple of vacancies and since it was low season, I was able to get a large in suite double for $40 a night. I think that I got lucky. This is a very nice little place in...

I stay here with my girlfriend and delighted with the size of the rooms & beds, the standard of the air con and the location of this small B&B. The price was negotiable due to the low season – put the property is secure and clean and worth the small extra for the comforts Its so easy to get of...

It is a nice little hotel with very friendly and helpful stuff. Everything was clean and there is a nice little and green veranda to sit and relax outside. The location is very central and there is alot of life at night. That means you perhaps need earplugs for sleeping... ......................................................................................

I have been many times in the beautiful island of Bocas del Toro and have tried many hotels but none as the Hotelito del Mar. Most of the Hotels that are located across the street of the Hotelito del Mar are kind of expensive and the rooms are tiny. Hotelito del Mar offers big and clean rooms and is very...

In a diverse community like Bocas, a traveler could be swayed with a dazzling array of offers..but this little "Hotelita" provides access to all the attractions, and all the privacy of a a city home. There is hot coffee and homemade banana bread for breakfast and the politest discreet staff available for those who stay at this island on an...

Just got back from Bocas. What started as one night at this little hotel turned into an entire week. We loved the location (in the middle of everything), the view (ocean until the lots across the street begin construction), the breakfasts (great coffee and fresh fruit) and the staff (smiles all around). When we got back to Altimirante we discovered...

Stayed at this hotel many times but wouldn't stay there again. Downstairs there are about 5 rooms and upstairs about 3 rooms. I wanted to stay there last time but there is absolutely no privacy anymore. They are using every square inch of the small property to make a dollar anyway they can. About 4 yrs. ago I would have...

Yes, you are correct... there was a restaurant here during the time you stayed with us. it was an attempt to provide better service for our customers, an experiment which I ended as soon as the contract was over due to a lack of focused attention on the hotel itself. Because we used our reception area for restaurant services, it...
