This is an exclusive property with Chocolate coloured Italian marble giving a dark theme throughout. Many water features throughtout the property. Rooms are of very nice size with substantial bathrooms. Use of glass and mirrors in the bathrooms add to the feeling of spaciousness.
Although I was in Quarantine with the food being served in room, the staff ensured to keep me interested with a variety of dishes.
The entire hotel staff is very warm and make you feel welcome. Of special note is the entire Front Office, Tushar & Chandan Floor Managers and Leena the Housekeeping Manager.
Would love to stay again.

Had the reservation made via Shubhojit, from reservations, for my stay with my parents. He helped me find a better rate than offered online for a 5 day stay(4 day initially with one day extension). We had arranged a hotel pick up from the airport, and pleased to find Raghav from Front Office there to greet and take us straight to our room to complete the formalities, in spite of the relatively early check in. Neema Sagar from guest services was kind enough to offer a complimentary cake and a gift to my mother in order to celebrate her birthday. Abhishek, the duty manager, helped put the cherry on the cake for the birthday by offering a complimentary upgrade for my parents, for the duration of their stay. During our stay Prateek from reservations suggested we visit Chidiya Ghar (bar) and offered a discount on our bill at the bar, thereby providing us a nice experience to celebrate the occasion. At the bar, we ordered our drinks as per the the recommendation of the bartender (forgot to ask her name), who was well versed in the items provided on the menu, could suggest a drink based on our personal preference and we were not left wanting. The operators at the hotel (Ancy, Sapna and Sangi) were helpful with all of our requests and at times took the initiative to provide more than the service we asked for. The daily housekeeping staff (Anshul, Ravi and Mandeep) provided a quick and efficient service, and were able to generate such a level of trust that i was able to leave my room unattended while they cleaned it. Extension of the stay was also made hassle free thanks to Srishti, and all it took was one phone call. Post check out as we were leaving for a road trip, the hostess at Del was kind enough to offer a packed breakfast for our trip. All in all the stay at Roseate House was exceptional, primarily due to the personalised service provided and the staffs willingness to help irrespective of whether or not it was related to their department. I would recommend a stay the hotel, if you are looking for a break from your hectic lifestyle, a stay longer than a day to recharge yourself.

Had the pleasure of staying with roseate for a week this month upon return to Delhi after an overseas stint. The facilities were very pleasant and clearly the best experience among the 75 odd nights this year in various hotels. The housekeeping and in room dining facilities were really good. During the quarantine stay the special care they've taken for timely arrangements and hygiene is good. The engineering staff have also been kind to help with minor glitches with prompt action. The interiors are pleasant and favourable for a good work trip with a decent work space and relaxation opportunities. Their design concept of reading each space as part of a story was imbibed well the room also became a nice setting for multiple meetings business and social.
I had forgotten few articles in their safe which they were kind enough to return even after 7 days Mr Kundan and Harjeet have been helpful.

For our New year Eve stay, this year we chose Roseate House in Aerocity, New Delhi. We did a late check in on 31st December early evening. Lobby was full with best dressed walk-ins. Though the front desk was busy, we got a smooth check-in experience. Room was specious with all latest amenities. Room decor was pretty niche, we loved the cozy and warm temperature inside. First drawback we noticed after few minutes, i.e. the walls are not sound proof. We were hearing music from next room and their conversations pretty loud and clear. Later on we prefer to order dinner through room dining. Prices were pretty expensive compared to other five star properties, though menu had good options to explore including kids menu. Their mutton biryani was INR 1400+ taxes. We ordered mutton biryani, pasta arabiata, cold coffee and fish finger for our toddler. We assumed with the price the portion would be good for two, but when we received the order we felt we were on diet and our nutritionist already informed their chef to control meal portion. If I talk about the taste it's good. Pasta deserves 4 stars out of five, biryani 3.5, fish fingers 3 and cold coffee 2.5. Meal portions don't justify the price at all. Later when we tried to sleep, another irritation occurred. In our next room, one visitor/ room guest was constantly banging their door from outside and it was for 1.5-2 hours. Initially after 40 minutes we called front desk to look into this. But didn't help. That person later started talking loudly followed by crying. It was so disturbing that we couldn't sleep at all. After so disturbing mid night experience we finally managed some sleep early morning and as a result we missed our morning breakfast. Later on after waking up we got ready, spent some time in club lounge and checked out. The staffs were pretty well behaved, quality of service, ambiance and internet all were amazing. Certain unpleasant experiences turned down a very good experience to an average one.

After a tiring VBM journey of 12hrs from SYD - DEL and 9hrs at DEL APT, we checked-in at ROSEATE HOUSE Hotel around 5am on 5 jul'20 and was treated to a good hot tea by the reception counter as we were caught in the morning rain and so was wet. Later we checked into a good view room and I feel most of the rooms here have a good view. Though due to covid there were restrictions and was only serving veg food, but the food has been excellent so far. Also we had good house keeping service from Indresh Kumar who did a good job cleaning and clearing all unwanted materials and also got good advice and tips from Shivek Singh- the house keeping executive on how to take precautions and also gave assurance that since the hotel was taking good care of the staff the guest need not fear of anything. That itself was a confidence booster. Well we have some more days of our stay left and looking forward to a comfortable stay

A few months ago me and my then fiance (now husband) were looking for a hotel for our wedding. With COVID we decided to put off the wedding for a bit. We got married at the court and that was about it. Thanks to the pandemic we could not go out to travel anywhere as well. Coincidentally it was my husband's birthday on July 31st and I decided to plan a couple of nights away at a decent hotel. We had already visited Roseate House in the aerocity and it was love at first site. I contacted their Sales Manager Mr. Shivam Saxena to help me get a good deal. I explained everything to him and he was kind enough to get us an amazing deal. (TIP: Always contact the hotel before you book them online, most of the times they would give you an added discount making your experience better). We had previously decided to stay in two nights but the exceptional hospitality made us extend for another night! I think it had a lot to do with Mr. Saxena and all the wonderful things they had in store. We felt like we were at home (but better) the entire time! The staff, DEL restaurant in particular, made our stay all the more better with all the pampering. The rooms were spacious with a lovely ambiance and a breathtaking view of the runway! They arranged for a bubble bath which made us want to stay in and unwind. The food was honestly the best I have ever had in a high end restaurant (massive kudos to their head chef). While my idea of travelling includes a lovely high end hotel to relax in, I have never extended my stay. We were also amazed to see how the hotel policy was taking an extra step in order to combat the pandemic; staff members were present at all the buffet counters to eliminate multiple people touching the food. Social distancing and masking were religiously followed; things were maintained and cleaned at regular intervals. Everyone at the hotel including the people in the restaurant, the front desk, room service wore proper shields to follow the COVID norms. The hospitality shown by Roseate House and Mr. Saxena in particular along with the staff at DEL restaurant made us want to stay an extra day! I know for certain that I would be going back in again sometime whenever I feel like I need to relax and unwind.

I had asked for booking at The Roseate at NH 8 Delhi to my travel agent but by mistake he booked the Roseate House Aerocity. As the booking couldn’t be reversed we stayed at The Roseate House last weekend. The architecture of the entire building is different with Emphasis on grey and black theme. The hospitality is great right from the reception to the rooms.

As you enter the peculiar thing is poor lighting which may appear soothing during daytime but in the evening the light is much less esp at the entrance and in the main reception which appeared to be depressing to me! However hotel appears to be happening in that area because of proximity to the airport.

All the material used in rooms is of high quality especially the cosmetics, upholstery, crockery , tea bags and even the sleepers .

The location of locker in the cupboard is a bit low which hits the head while operating the suitcases below!

Lots of glass work in washroom too is confusing
Especially the commode cabin to washbasin one can hit the transparent glass as approach is from the side.

The breakfast spread is delicious and hearty with lot of Indian and continental dishes and variety of cut fruits and whole fruits.

All the members were willing to serve you , few names come to mind viz. Saumya, Simran, Vaibhav and Hukui.

They should improve the lighting in the reception area!

Right , I have been to delhi often and stayed at very beautiful properties but never stayed or visited roseate. Not very Far from airport , lot of things to do near the hotel , few shopping centres & lot of cafe/restaurants. Property looks amazing from outside and once you enter the property you witnesses a beautiful lit up lobby and amazing view of courtyard and the door opening up to thee water body. Quite a busy hotel. I being fan of a good coffee and danish / raisin or going to a patisserie is something I usually do everyday when in London , the hotel its self has a beautiful patisserie and thee coffee and desserts are delicious. I checked in greeted by prem at front desk , will have to add that this property will make your stay so comfortable and give the best service that one does that off moving in permanently. If one wants to witness the best of comfort service food and or want to know what hospitality truly means they should stay at roseate. Prem( front desk ) one of the many reasons one enjoys everything at property , He was superb in terms of giving the best service and listening to issue if there were and making sure guests feel at home , this lad truly deserves the best. Him along with executive chef anuj , now this lad will make sure you eat the best food and was constantly in touch with me about what cuisine I would prefer and making sure we are taken care off . A great chef and a thorough gentleman. Anuj will not only be concerned about food , but would constantly follow up if we need anything else or how can he make our stay more comfortable. Truly there staff is amazing perhaps only few hotels in the world have such a staff who love there guests. Our housekeeping lad Puneet sharma was amazing and would constantly do hiss bit to clear room and give us what we want. ajit/ayesha/vijay/deeepak/raghav , they all we're amazing. as a matter of fact try there lal mass , so delicious. Ask ajit and he would give his best and prepare that dish. His team is amazing. Prashant ( room service was great) & so were deepak and another lad at concierge. what Is amazing is that I stayed at the property a month ago and I still remember the names of all , such was there service. The pool side is beautiful , right on the top beautiful view. Restaurant serve delicious food , they have a beautiful courtyard. Right I will highly recommend to stay at this property , this is worth an experience and you will surely be taken care off by the staff. I wish the staff the best and hope to stay soon at this property.

This was my first stay in New Delhi. I was thoroughly taken care of by all the staff of this fabulous hotel. All the stuff were made aware that I was traveling solo. I was offered free laundry service and the staff kept checking in on me.From arrival to dinner to breakfast. I did not have to wait very long for assistance and when I got assistance I was treated like royalty. The buffet lunch was delicious and Dinner at the Khee restaurant was mouthwateringly spectacular. I am told it is the best restaurant For Indian food in New Delhi. A driver was also arranged for me for the day to do sightseeing at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful beginning to my trip.
