Hi, I'd like to express my gratitude towards all the staff of Hilton Saket. The way they follow safety protocols including sanitization and social distancing is truly commendable. I went there for a staycation on my wife's birthday and trust me it was The best decision. From the midnight celebration at their restaurant with the yummiest cake to the mouth watering food everything was so perfect.
The best part was buffet breakfast where the manager himself was so helpful in serving and suggesting as per our taste. I even needed milk for my daughter many a times during night and sent it within minutes understanding the priority.
Please try their handmade Pizza and veg cheese burger , you will thank me later.
The housekeeping staff, chefs, managers,guards, receptionist,admin staff,cleaners, bartenders each of them were so humble , generous and doing their job wonderfully with a smile on their face. I really recommend to visit with your friends and family for a wonderful experience!

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 4 nights. The experience was great - right from check in to check out. All staff are wearing masks. Everything is kept clean and sanitized. The rooms are very clean. The housekeeping and service is prompt. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delivered to the room, well covered. All the food was fresh and tasty - not too oily and not too spicy. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back! Special mention to Pappu Rai, the doorman, who always greets you enthusiastically but also makes sure everyone entering has a safe Arogya Setu status and has sanitized their hands. It's a brave job to undertake in these times. But kudos to the entire staff. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable and safe stay in these trying and unsure times.

If it's going to be New Delhi, it must never be a stay at Hilton Garden Inn Saket.
Why is it listed as a Hilton in the first place?
It is giving the Brand A Very Bad Name. Hopeless, is the only word closest to describing the place, experience and everything in between.
I had booked the Hotel from the Hilton Website for 2 nights as we were in town to celebrate my Wife's Birthday.
It was booked well in advance, a month or close in advance.
After the booking was confirmed, I called up the Hotel and informed that I would be needing a smoking room and a couple of things like a cake, as it was my wife's birthday, I wanted to be sure that all was in order before our arrival. It was duly noted and confirmed by the person at the lobby answering the call.
The day of the arrival, after a long and tiring road trip, 600kms, we checked in at the Hilton.
To my surprise, we were given a non smoking room, 603 I presume, and when I inquired as to why when I had specifically mentioned and asked for a smoking room, I was told that the Smoking Rooms are on the 7th floor and the entire floor has been dedicated to Covid - Responders. Wait, what, Then why did I not see anybody from the Hotel Staff in a face shield, and why was I not informed of the same when I had called up requesting a smoking room. Anyways, we were tired so thought we will go to the room and and rest and we will think about it the next day.
As we were walked to our room on the 6th floor, the carpeted floor smelled like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, and it is a covid responder hotel. We entered our sanitized room, more of a dingy quarter of some shady 3rd grade Hotel. Bathrooms are approximately of the same size as in IBIS and more or less feel like an aircrafts toilet.
By this time we were really unhappy, so my wife called and requested for a better room, maybe the best that they have available, not to forget it was her Birthday the next day.
We were then put up in another room, 501 on the 5th floor, again a non smoking room, but identical to the previous one, and we were shell shocked. Such irresponsible behavior, this can't be the Hilton way, I have experienced the Hilton ways with my Family as a kid growing up, I remember them differently. Anyways, we have had enough so we decided that we will check out and move to different Hotel.
We stepped out to the reception to inform them of our decision and go look for better place as we reached, the person, Security Guy, at the gate was relaxing on the sofa in the lobby there was only a single person in the reception area and all was so gloomy and lost, it was scary, this can't be a Hilton.
We rushed out of the Hotel took our car, went out Booked a real 5 Star, not a Hilton.
We came back checked out, and I think they even charged us for the cake that was booked for the upcoming birthday.
Lastly, Thanks Hilton Garden Inn Saket, for trying hard to ruin the perfectly planned Birthday, but the other Hotel Lived up to its name and reputation and made our 3 nights most memorable.
Verdict: Absolutely Not Worth It, even if it's for free!!

Hilton Garden Inn Saket !!!

Hilton Garden Inn at DLF Mall Saket in the South of Delhi is a Gem we explored just day before and were pleasantly surprised when saw the beautiful room with nice colorful decor, brightly lit with very comfortable setting, spic n span washroom with best of amenities. The location of the Hotel inside the Mall and surrounded by two more happening Malls is a shopper's paradise and Hotel offers discount coupons too to the guests staying with them from few brands they have tied up with.

We reached the hotel in the evening and had high tea with General Manager Joyjit Chakravarty over some great conversations. Tea with some delicious delicacies added to the charm ... nice crisp Bruschetta, soft n spongy carrot cake, crisp tart and healthy cookies were idle tea time snacks.

Chef Vineet Bahuguna had floored us with some delectable kebabs, yummy gravies and to add to our experience he specifically delighted us with few Uttrakhands specialities too. Amuse Bauche as a soft dahi bhalla with yummy green n tamarind chutneys had set the tone for amazing starters like Soft Chicken malai Tikka, beetroot kebabs, Crisp Aloo tiki, Paneer done outstandingly well.

Mains had Mutton masala, Chicken in thick gravy, Paneer curry with nice colorful fruit pulao n Indian breads. Had a breakfast of fresh fruits, juice and veg Sandwiches and kept room for a nice authentic Chinese Lunch which they are very good at. Chinese lunch was very good yet different from the usual Chinese served every where and a must try. A nice Eggplant Vegetable, Prawns curry , Jackfruit Vegetable with Jasmine rice and Vegetable Noodles. Though I personally don't relish Caramel pudding but I liked it here.

Great experience with Hospitality at it's best !!!

The Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket was the first place we went upon our arrival in India after a very long flight. We were greeted warmly by the staff, who took care of our luggage, accompanied us to the room, and made sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we were in the lobby, the staff recognized us and treated us like old friends. We had two rooms and both were well-furnished, clean and comfortable. We were visiting Delhi during a cold snap, and we had central heating in one room and a portable heater in the other. The breakfast buffet was really wonderful, offering so many different kinds of food as well as many made-to-order items. The level of security in the hotel contributed to our feeling of safety. As Hilton Honors members, we felt that this hotel was superior to the quality of a typical Hilton Garden Inn in the United States. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks and the staff ensured that I was comfortable all the way. Nabina and Pushkar at the front desk, who were all smiles and forever willing to help, made me feel at home, from getting me water at 2 am to running up to my room to provide me something as small as an eraser.
Rishabh Srivastava always provided excellent room service, and served me food with a delightful greeting. Rohit and Farhan went out of their way to ensure that I got what I wanted to eat, as did Chef Deepak, to whom I am truly grateful. Sumit from housekeeping was very polite and diligently performed his duties. Mukesh and Kuldeep also deserve to be applauded for their swift work.
It was a comfortable stay, and even though the facilities such as the restaurant and the pool were closed due to the government guidelines, the cheerful staff more than made up for it !

We stayed at the hotel for three nights while sightseeing in Delhi and the surrounding area. We chose the hotel for the branding and for the location. The location did not disappoint as it was right next two a couple of malls (connected to one) and there seemed to be no problem walking around finding food or shops. We used the Hilton app to choose the room so we believe we picked a quiet one.

The hotel however is aging. While the price is reasonable for a Hilton Garden Inn, one would expect everything in the room to be clean and worked well. The furniture looked well used, the sheets were clean but thin, as were the towels. The extensible sofa had very thin mattress.

Our rate included breakfast but as it starts at 7am, we could go to it only once (why would breakfast start so late?). We were offered to go bags by the selection was rather thin. In the morning we did go to have breakfast, food was still being arranged at 7am (it took 30 minutes to bring out the pastries).

In a nutshell, good location, but the place needs a refurbishment.

I am in the middle of a four-night stay here after a four-night stay here a week ago as part of a two-week business trip to India. All of the personnel have been very helpful from security to the bell staff to the front desk, and especially the restaurant. They have all been very friendly and welcoming, and offering recommendations and other advice. The accommodations are good and the fitness center is more complete than is typical for hotels of this type. I have had many meals so far in the restaurant, each of which have been very good. While they do have western dishes, why come all of the way to India and eat what I can have at home. I was able to sample one delicious dish after another. I had one meal with a colleague from India who also thought that the food was very good.

I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Saket in Delhi for business travellers visiting this area.

One of the best Hotel in Delhi, the team working there, is very professional,from the reception , the service, the kitchen, the cleaning & the security.
For example people like Omnaraya, Balmiki, Divya, Aditya, Komal and all of the security team, they are doing ecxallent job, nothing gets inside without inspection
everybody was safe inside the hotel because of this people.

If you go onto the blue light app it gives you access to the Hilton’s website which gives you a discount! It will tell you if a offer cannot be applied

"Check-in at 3pm; can be hard if you are coming on a morning flight from somewhere. Check your bags at the hotel and then go to the mall. "
