This trip has been to complete the process to being home our daughter. This is a very stressful and emotional process. Our daughter spent our stay in this hotel transitioning into her new family. The hotel made everything much easier for us by constantly checking on us, and being overly attentive. They made special food requests for our daughter. The housekeeping was especially attentive to our needs. Specifically Shyam Veer. He was so sweet and helpful. We really appreciated the staff during this stay. They made a world of difference to our stay!

We stayed in Hilton Saket for 7 days. Location is excellent, mall south entrance is next door. Nature s basket and Haldiram are right oppositie. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping staff is diligent. Our room’s housekeeping was done by Harish Kothari - he was very sincere, smiling and took care of all our requests. Highly recommended.

We were in Delhi for a medical visit. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The biggest problem with this hotel is that you can smell cigarette smoke everywhere except the reception area. No matter which floor or room you choose , you can smell the same. The front office staff tried to help by giving us few choices in rooms, but that did not help to someone like me who is borderline allergic to cigarette smoke. We checked out and moved to Sheraton for the remaining 10 days and boy that hotel was haven compared to Hilton... much nicer overall, much updated and far better rooms for about the same price.

Accommodation is ok. Breakfast quality is poor - restaurant not clean. Understaffed, glasses/cups were never replenished. Have been to many Hilton properties globally but never seen such callous quality of service at restaurant. And to top it all they charged Rs.150 for a call I made to Hilton Central Reservations from their own helpline no in room. What a way of fleecing customers!

From 2nd to 4th September 2022 me and my wife Stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn, New Delhi/Saket hotel. Booking was made for a king size bed for double occupancy room but at the time of check-in we were told that no king -bed room is available therefore a twin-bed room was provided. We unwillingly accepted room (502), as the room was internally attached to another room and there was a lot of disturbance due to a family in that room. On my request we were shifted to room no. 311. In this room first we found that the TV was not working properly, called a hotel maintenance staff to deal with the problem. Later we realized that AC is not adjusting to the desired temperature and to get it rectified the hotel staff was again contacted. My calls on the guest service were not attended promptly. After about 45 minutes a maintenance guy came, tried to fix the problem and assured us that room temperature will fall in the next 30 minutes. Unfortunately, nothing happened, and we had to again struggle to contact guest service. Somehow after another 30 minutes the maintenance guy came and asked us to wait for some more time. The guy was very rude and argued a lot on this issue. At this juncture, I asked the guest service to connect me to a senior manager and I could speak to duty Manager Siddhartha. He assured me to either get this problem rectified or shift the room. Finally, we were shifted to room no. 506 at around 10.30 PM.

Overall, we did not find this hotel good enough to stay.

We also found several other problems with this hotel.

Hotel staff is non courteous. Only one housekeeping assistant “Meena” was quite dutiful, prompt and helpful.

We had breakfast on both days and dinner on the first day. There were very limited serving staff members in the dining room, which makes the service late. Selection and taste of the dishes were also not good in the buffet breakfast.

To use the lifts of the hotel, card operations were not very prompt. We found that not only us other guests were also doing the insert – pull exercise at least 4 – 5 times to get the lift operational.

Overall, our experience of the hotel Hilton Garden Inn, New Delhi/Saket was very pathetic and uncomfortable.

Amazing place to stay and relax.

The good :
Very kind, polite and professional staff. I would like to mention Mr. Deepak and Ms. Mourrey in the dining area. Both of them tok so much care right from food selection and servings.

Prompt staff at reception door Mr. Barlington, Mr. Ram Shankar and Mr. Deshpad. They are so alert and vigilant that you don’t have to worry about entry n exit once they register you as their guests.

I would also like to appreciate Mr. Tajammul for his quick and prompt check in assistance and stay related requests.

The property is situated on the right side of Select citiwalk mall. I think it’s DLF avenue. It’s clean and properly managed. The bed sheets, cutlery, and other room facilities were found to be clean and sanitized.

The bad : Not applicable.

Extra Note : It’s connected from the mall at 2nd floor.

I would love to stay again when I visit Delhi. 5/5

The hotel himself is not exceptional considering the old rooms, the too old mode with carpets on the floor, and NO garden available. If you want to smoke or just stay outside, you have to stay on the noisy street. The menu at the restaurant offers different meals, very good and well served. The prices are correct except the price of the local rose wine (about 10 Euros for 1 Glas), probably the most expensive I have drunk over the world.My room was always really clean.The best point of this hotel is the human contact you can have with the personal.Thanks to Sonja, Chandn, Omnarayan,Divya,Chandan,Indi,Komal, and the personal working in the restaurant and cleaning the rooms, my stay was very pleasant filling at home.Thanks a lot to all, you are fantastic !
