This place is not worth staying. In bad Shape and very badly maintained as well. Hardly anything will work in washroom be it shower or flush. Service is equally poor. Lots of bugs in room and one has to spend night with them. Will not recommend.

It was a decent hotel, we always preferred this hotel as there is a easy connectivity through BL Kapoor hospital side, need not to struggle inside karol bagh market roads. during the years the quality of facilities are going low.

We can definitely not recommend this hotel! It is not like the pictures!! The hotel rooms are really dirty. The wall, the sheets, the telephone - everything is absolutely disgusting. Our sheets had big stains on it and the towel smelled bad. The first room we checked into had at least 20 cockroaches - including one on our pillow. When...

Okay let me say right from the start that this place is cheap - and we didn't expect much as it was cheap! We are happy to stay in cheap hotels! Indeed we are happy to stay in cheap indian style hotels! And did so during our two week stay in India. But this place is the pits!!! Our criteria...

Stayed here with husband and parents for ~10 days. I can't comment on the rates since we had a discount, but overall it seemed fair value for money. The rooms range from small to big; ours had space for a desk and a small glass table. Beds were pretty comfortable and had mattresses & comforters- some Delhi hotels have hard...

We decided to stay at Hotel Cartel Palace because of it's close proximity to Karol Bagh as one of our main reasons for visitng Delhi was wedding shopping. The location is great - it's a short 5-7 minute walk to Ajmal Khan Road and also the lovely Alpha Gardens restaurant where we had dinner most nights (great food and reasonably...

Let's start with the bad: 1.We informed them that we''ll reach late as we are having our visa done on arrival, and yet the airport pick up left without us! We had to get a prepaid taxi instead and at the hotel, they INSISTED we pay the full price of the airport transfer which is totally ridiculous. We compromised on...
