Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I stayed in four different hotels during complete vaction.(chandigarh - shimla - Amritsar - Delhi). Last destination was Delhi, I stayed in Emblem hotel for one Night i.e. 13 March 2015.
It was wrong decision to stay in Emblem.
I booked my room through goibibo, it was executive room + breakfast.
Room was not even standard of deluxe room.

Room was stinking. Washroom seem like no one have entered that room for years. We asked staff to clean the Room, still no effect.

Room was not properly maintained. Rusted Pipes and broken walls.

Then comes the worst bed, One can actually feel springs in the bed. I got Neck pain due to this which continued for two days, it spoiled my Delhi trip to some extent.

We were half hr late for breakfast and we have to pay as breakfast times are till 10:30 only. It was our fault no issue in that though. But still i feel Hotel should consider, people are here for vacation, hour or so late should be considered.

I will recommend to stay in other hotels rather than in Emblem.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our first stop on our Golden Triangle Tour with Grand Travel Planner. The hotel was very clean, contemporary, and had a huge bed which was super comfy. We had a driver so I can't comment on location. Food was reasonable and good quality. A fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.

This is a decent place that would fall into the category of a 3 star sans good food. Event he walkable distance they mention on their website is not really realistic to reach any good food joint.

It is a good stay for a very short period and specially if you have transportation pre-arranged.

The first sign of things to come was when our prearranged airport pick up no showed. Several phone calls and an hour in traffic later, hungry and disappointed we discovered breakfast was over and we could only get toast and coffee from what looked like the hotel lobby come restaurant. No apology was offered by the Manager who refused to accept responsibility for the mistake. Save yourself the trouble book somewhere else. Oh and the staff sleeping on the booth chairs in the "restaurant" was a classic indication of the poor state of affairs.

On appearances this hotel looks hip and clean. But this hotel takes short cuts at every turn, starting with the quality of construction (bathroom looked unfinished). But the main reason the stay was unpleasant was the so called car service. I had pick up service from the hotel and the driver had me pay for airport parking, which is covered by the pick-up fee. The driver also pocketed some change from the parking. The same driver and sub-rate vehicle were hired to go to Agra the same day. 6000 INR for a visit to Taj Mahal and Fatepur Sikri. Got a latr start due to plane delay. Turns out the driver was illiterate and was not clear on how to get to either. After a treacherous 5 hour drive we took a long backroad route to Fatepur Sikri. From there had another miserable 2 hour journey to the Taj to only be told it was CLOSED when we arrived. The driver had no clue where was going. So a 14 hour car ride for over $100 and missed the Taj. My friend had to ask directions the entire way. The management didn't seem too concerned about our bad experience, just looking to make a quick buck. If you do stay at the hotel be wary of the car service. If you are new visitor to Delhi it's worth paying more for a reputable established hotel and tour company.

Yes. The charging points are there, but not conveniently accessible. You may like to carry long leads or power banks for ease of charging while relaxing in bed.
