I stayed for five months in India, all over the country, and in different types of budget hotels. This is the only one I left. I really wonder where the other reviews are coming from, but none of them reflect my experience. The room wasn't cleaned very well, which was clear

Hi Sir, I personally didn't felt like responding to the review as it was below my dignity as I felt it was very demeaning as Indian citizen but here I'm to Clarify the air around.Your Review sounded like a typical arrogant Brit living in Central London travelling for the first time in a third world country.Your review is a typical case of Cultural shock & Expectations. You didn't mention anything at all when you came to the front desk. You said your self that being an European you had different level of expectations & Comfort levels.Unfortunately you were disappointed as you had booked a budget hotel & not a Glitsy Hotel as you had expected. We were Co operative & offered to change your room. You were adamant that you wanted a garden facing room but its not mentioned anywhere that we offer Garden facing room.We do not have any Garden facing room.Eventually you booked yourself into a 4 Star hotel paying 4 Times the cost what you had paid to book Hotel Kabli. We didn't charge you any cancellations & refunded you for full 3 Days. We accept your remark that we are a Third world hotel because you chose to visit a third world country. The Bathrooms will have Cold water unless you do not switch on the Water Geyser attached. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower for you to use.Yes there are bucket & mug provided for Guests who wish to use them.In India using the bucket is very natural cultural thing as majority of the households & people use them.In India as there is a shortage of water & it helps conserve water & is easier to carry water unlike your First world country where you get free flowing water.Sadly you didn't have the sensitivity to understand. The Pictures you mentioned are all clicked by myself & No professional help was taken. The room you were given is our most popular Room which is palatial in size. The room provided the picture is clearly posted on the online travel site & the hotel website. We have got rave reviews for it on this reputed website. The Bathroom door closes in 2 Parts as it is a popular local design element in such heritage properties. It is not possible to look in unless you really make an effort & lie down near the floor & have exceptional skills of being a peeping tom.The edge of the door was broken near the floor & has been rectified. We switch of the fridge when the room is vacant. The frigde are cleaned every time the room is made ready. We are not a five star hotel with five star rates and cannot afford to switch on the Fridge when the room is not in use. There might me some stale smell because the fridge was not in use.BUT it goes away when the fridge is switched on & the circulation begins. We apologies in case the garden had a no grass.Again grass is seasonal & dies in summers due to heat & use. Of course you expected it to be like Kensigton gardens like back home sadly we couldn't provide you. Please come down & see the Grass now.The Cows would be delighted to graze on it. You need to understand the value for what you paid.We found your review to be demeaning, exaggerated, vindictive & an arm twisting tactic. We had cancelled your booking & refunded you your money in FULL. Do Try Ritz Carlton next time. Thanks Team Kabli

Yes, Wifi is included. I stayed there again last week. Both the time i took metro to go there. From Airport you can take metro to New Delhi(only if you dont have much luggage i recommend it) then take the purple lane to Jungpura. From jungpura Metro (dnt remember gate number) towards Eros, take a cycle riksha for 30rs. Thanks
