The Basil is a nice little and confortable hotel, just a little bit diffitul to reach (due to not perfect maps and indications). Nice rooms, very very silent and well conditioned (air conditioning and fan), large shower and all the needed in the room. Even rooms at first floor are very silent and the sleep and relax is perfect! Breakfast...

The hotel is new and situated adjacent a very busy street. Nevertheless there are many trees surrounding the hotel so you feel more at home. Service is great at the front desk, the guys are very accomodating. Breakfast is decent with toast, cereal, fruit, tea, juice and eggs the way you want it. The rooftop terrace is nice and comfortable...

This is a professionally run small hotel with great staff who really cannot do enough to help. Clean rooms and bathrooms with that rarity in budget Indian hotels, glass showers. We enjoyed the breakfasts as well. The roof top entertainment area is a great chill out spot with good music.

Basil is a value for money property tucked away across Mathura road with ample green views. The property itself is hospitable and warm in its appearance and feel. It is a small hotel with an ample heart.

Pro's: clean room , great interiors , good housekeeping and great front staff. Con's: very deem lights in room, restaurant smell very odd bitter lemon, very short veg menu. The size of tawa roti is too small just like puri. Not a boutique hotel as told. Good for the price we paid
