We had a great experience at Eleven during a very hectic stay in Delhi. The owners made our stay very enjoyable and helped with all our various arrangements. The room was very comfortable and clean and for the price you couldn't find a better deal.

My wife and I have just completed a self-guided four-and-a-half-month tour of India, traveling in and out of Delhi on four different occasions staying with Ajay at 'Eleven' B&B each time. Here is our review: Located in a quiet Nizamuddin neighborhood of large homes and parks, 'Eleven' B&B is a short walk to Humayun's Tomb and the Nizamuddin train station....

ELEVEN is a very simple guest house, offering two fairly basic rooms, both with updated bathrooms, a small kitchen, wireless internet, and an outdoor sitting area. It is located in a residential section of Delhi not far from the central tourist areas. The best part is Ajay -- the owner who was a welcoming presence to the chaos of Delhi....

Staying at Eleven is like staying over at a friend's house. Located in leafy upmarket part of Delhi where guarded gates close off the street at night to people who have no business being there. Felt very safe. Atmosphere is relaxed, casual and attentive. We took both the downstairs rooms and they were spacious and clean. Everything worked as they...

This quaint family-owned guesthouse was much more that my friends and me asked for. We had come to the end of our trip in Rajasthan and weren't expecting to be treated like we were visiting members of the family. Free unlimited bottled water is definitely a bonus. Just walk into the kitchen and grab a bottle or two (chilled in...

I stayed at Eleven on my last day in India, before flying back to Canada. Ajay went above and beyond the usual proprietor's duties. He is helpful in every way - giving suggestions, insider's tips and even standard itineraries for tourists (with meal suggestions!) All in all, it was a great place to stay - clean, comfortable and in a...

Have spent the past 8 weeks living in Delhi and have found a gem. If you are looking to spend some time away from Old Delhi and experience life in a comfortable guesthouse in leafy suburb with a genial host, Ajay, then Eleven is for you. It's located in Nizamuddin East not far from Humayan’s Tomb, a must see whist...

Ajay Anand’s ‘Eleven’ is not a hotel in the usual sense of the word. Breakfast is included (and Ajay packs it up for you if you have to leave early), but it’s not really a B&B, for you can also get a very good dinner (vegetarian or non-vegetarian). A guesthouse? We never felt we were ‘guests’: it was easy for...

I spent one night at 11 a couple weeks ago after extending a work trip to Delhi by one day to do some sightseeing. The entire process of booking my room via email with the owner, Ajay, was incredibly smooth and easy - he responded to my emails very quickly and was very helpful in providing all the details to...

I stayed here for a couple of nights in February this year. The room was pleasant, clean and well kept. The food was terrible though, so better to eat out. Also be wary of booking transport through smooth Ajay as he charges double, triple and then some of the actual price. Cheaper to organise these things yourself. Overall, given the...

We thank the reviewer for taking out time to write the review. I am unhappy that the guest was not entirely satisfied with his/her stay at ELEVEN. It is our endeavor to serve meals which are tasty, at the same time keeping in mind the western palate the meals are kept low on fat and spice. Quite honestly this is...
