First time I came to Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre was in 2011, this is my 4th visit here since then, but after a gap of three years and I am not at all disappointed for my revisit , though there are hundreds of choices for Ayurvedic treatment in India. And this is my 3rd Panchkarma treatment.  Why do I keep...

I had visited many such places where traditional way of healing and therapy is provided. But this was really a wonderful place to be. The staff and the therapists are fabulous in consultation and treatment. Every product used is natural and the tradition kept along with it is really a plus point. The prayer before starting a therapy just takes...

I had spent two days in IVAC last week while attending a conference that was held at Mysuru and was in for a surprise when i visited the center. It was not a luxurious star hotel with a multi-cuisine restaurant but was much more than that. Located in calm natural surroundings with the architecture dating back to 1900s with all...

I was slighty dubious about the center, and India in general. However Mysore , Ivac and the Indus Valley Foundation made my experience. Its incredible to know that the payment from my treatments goes directly to empowering other women, That the treatment oil is recycled and turned into biofuel and that this incredible space is creating something

The previous reviews do not do this space justice. Whilst being both child friendly completely focused on clientele, the main attraction is the fact that there are no already amazing accommodation is being optimised. Gentle forgiving and Just. We would certainly go back in a heartbeat. The vegetarian food was a curveball…. But in conjunction with the treatments and grounds...

My second visit to the centre. Service, staff, the treatments, all are excellent. The visit starts with a professional review and personal requirements and the treatments are tailored accordingly. The progress is reviewed everyday. Its Ayurvedic treatment centre so obviously the meals are tailored accordingly. No meat, alcohol or chocolate bars! Can have good leisurely walks in the beautiful gardens.

When we stayed here we couldn't say a siglr thing . The staff were attentive, the practitioner were professional and pragmatic. They adjusted our treatments when we had made booking mistake. The therapists we so small and lovely… but holy hell can those girls push. As a deep tissue fan i was very impressed by the level of attentiveness provided...
