It has a good location near a small lake and a good view from the window. Rooms are very good with good amenities. Bed, AC, TV, Chair, attached washroom are very good conditioned. Housekeeping facility is also very good. Good soaps, shampoo, face wash, towel etc available in washroom.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was chosen for it's proximity to Hiranandani and IIT-Bombay. Stayed in a room int he top floor. Wi-fi was very poor, and what was worst - my mobile phone didn't receive any signal. The room was clean with good sleep quality. Staff was also polite and helpful. However, the breakfast was just average....

We checked in hotel due to its location in Powai. View we got outside from room was great. But Hotel is quite old and not renovated (even colored i suppose) from long time. WiFi was not working. Worst part was staff. When we reached early morning people at reception were busy with their own work and least interested to talk...

I traveled with my daughter and stayed at Caliph due to proximity to the residential area of Hiranandani. The day we checked in, we shared our IDs, relationship details. However, every time we used to go out of the hotel and return, we were stopped by the impolite staff, who would ask who we are and which room we are...

I am never going back here again!! The only advantage is that the hotel is very close to IIT-B....however, the services provided leave much to be desired! So, the room refused to open with my key card for the entire time I was there!! I had to take a member of the hotel staff with a master key each time...

Unfortunately, this happens to be my second stay here. I hate that i forgot it is the same hotel where i had a bad experience last time. Check in: very poor- feels like a low class hotel checkin (why did i not decide running away then itself). Room: not ready. Checked in after day's work only to a wet floored room...

1) It was 8 AM in the morning, I was working on my computer wearing boxers. Ring belled and I opened the gate. Hotel boy and a family (Husband, Wife and Kid) was there. Hotel boy said "good morning sir, since you are checking out the room today, I wanted to show your room to this family." Can you imagine...

Stayed in this hotel with my family for 3 months. Its very good budget hotel. Overall service was excellent though the breakfast may need improvement for non-indian guests. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. Noteworthy were Akash, Shaguftar and Mr Anil. Wifi was not very strong in my room. I don't know about others. I would still stay...

Stayed here for 10 days during a camp at IIT Bombay. Very good facilities, helpful and cheerful staff. Overall had a very good experience. Completely worth the money. But, the food is quite expensive.
