Very old but well keep establishment. The room we had was spacious with a large bed and reasonable bathroom with shower No heating as standard but room heaters were supplied by the management at our request. Tea and coffee facilities also included. Mini bar too. This an older hotel but well maintained and cared for. Staff were helpful at all...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice large rooms and very good food. We traveled in winter and the rooms were cold. Staff readily supplied heaters and we were comfortable. Showers lack a bit of pressure but the water was hot.

This hotel certainly does live up to the expectations as advertised. Stayed here as part of a group tour. We arrived late afternoon, there were no towels in the room, waited approx 1 hour for them to be delivered. The sheets on the bed were blood stained, doonas were in the wardrobe but had no covers or were ripped and...

Not a good hotel The hotel is realy worn out. No water presure so shower was bad. After we complained the staff realy helped supplying an exta blanket to make the bad less stiff. Not so clean. The restaurant within the hotel is OK. Low value for money.

We found this to be a very pretty hotel with beautiful haveli wall paintings and good sized rooms. There was a hot water system for each bathroom which was great although the water pressure was not great. It was a fairly quiet area and the beds were comfortable. The service was good except being a bit lacking with bathroom stuff...

This was one of the nicer basic budget type hotels I stayed at in India! The room was spacious, clean and peaceful. Location was good and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was very nice too. There was a puppet show one evening too which was a bit of light entertainment. I would happily...

Our recent stay at the Hotel Mahal Khandela was okay, just. The room was large and fairly well decorated but cleanliness was a bit of a problem. The bathroom was also poor with the basin cracked and the water dribbling rather than pouring out of the shower. We turned up during Diwali and we had been promised y the owner...

We got a nice room with balcony, and although facing the street it was quiet during the night. Neat and clean. Friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant. But! No English TV. Shower not working properly. Very basic breakfast. Room not arranged during the day, while we were out.

Our stay here was unpleasant. The food was very nice but unfortunately that was the only redeeming item. The room was not clean, the bed was rock hard, the water pressure was poor and on our second day there was no water at all when we went to have a shower. The power was unreliable and the wifi was extremely...

A peaceful and fairly central location, we had a lovely clean room with three windows at the front of the hotel, AC, fan, safe, decent shower and fridge. Staff really helpful, free wifi in the room and good food too.
