Ratnawali deserves all appreciation. Good rooms, good food, excellent location in the heart of the city and much more personal care we got there. We selected this hotel being a Vegetarian food but on our demand we were served a delicious Jain food. We also enjoyed Pizza with Beer in their recently opened Cafe Bar. If anyone looking for a...

Our two nights stay at hotels ratnawali was really superb. We opted a Family room which was of a good size, beautifully designed in heritage style, with all facilities/amenities. The personalised services of the hotel staff highly impressed us. Breakfast which was complimentary was with good variety and very good. Overall it was a very good experience and highly recommended.

We stayed four nights for our Jaipur trip. We booked a car from the hotel to reach from railway station. Well the driver was not there, we had to make several calls to the hotel. The manager behaved very rude over the call. First room they showed us, we would have died in suffocation. 2nd room we took because we...

On first impressions the hotel and room looked nice, but on further inspection it was not great. If you want an easy, relaxing place to get a good nights sleep do not stay here. On arrival the bathroom was dirty with hairs on the wall, in the sink and shower (I had to wash at least 12 hairs out the...

We stayed in a family room and enjoyed our short stay in the hotel (1 night). Friendly staff and a restaurant with very nice food! Hotel is located in the center that several attractions can even be reached by walk.

We really enjoyed our stay here - just 2 nights in Feb. The staff were very helpful with any request we had and their English was very good which you don't find everywhere, even in touristy places! It's not on the main road so not all auto drivers know where to find it but we just made sure we had...

We originally planned on staying at a nearby well rated airbnb - but then we tried to sleep on their mattress. Thankfully Hotel Ratnawali was able to accommodate us on very short notice. It was very clean, had a lovely modern bathroom and helpful, courteous staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Deciding not to fly but take the overnight sleeper train from Udaipur we arrived very early & given immediate access to the room, which was a good start, Location close to the Pink City is convenient but at the same time away from the busy MIC road so not very noisy. The room was clean and the staff friendly/ attentive,...
