Visited Gangtok Pelling and Darjeeling in Apr'16. Stayed in this hotel during our Darjeeling leg. Very beautifully decorated typically English B&B kind of hotel with owners giving personal touch to everything including food served on request. The view from the restuarent was amazing. Even the restuarent had a feel of dining room "at home". Very good books to read. Can up...

Rooms are good. Decent housekeeping. View from the rooms are awesome. Centrally located. Adequate room for covered and secured parking of your car. The only drawback is possibly the fact that they do not use electric bed warmers.

I have visited Darjeeling with my husband in the month of October. It was really an awesome journey, our experience was nice and we did not find any problem during our stay. Mr chogyal the owner of the hotel is a very nice man and it was a pleasure meeting him and his staff. Love the food and the hospitality.

I must thank cleartrip for assisting me to choose a perfect holtel I wished for and that is hotel Golden Heights Enclave at Darjeeling. The room was very good, staffs were exceptionally well-behaved and always ready for service. The price of food I found bit exorbitent though but that is not a big issue as I chose to not have...

I have been to Darjeeling many times but this stay was remarkable. In the era of online bookings we landed in Darjeeling without one and we realized the mistake. All rooms were preoccupied and/or rates were very high for spot bookings. We managed to walk down the Gandhi Road and found an apartment kid of hotel. OMG!! it was a...

To be honest this hotel was good but lacked professionalism. The attic rooms rooms were perfect. But the hotel needs to work on the professional side. The homely atmosphere ain't that bad also :) :) :)

The room itself was very nice and clean upon arrival. They didn't clean it once though during our 4 nights there. Not even when they told us they will if we leave the key in the reception when we leave in morning. Unfortually the staff in the restaurant couldn´t speak any english so we had some problems to order the...

I stayed a night in attic room of this hotel. You need to reach on 5th floor by lift to access this hotel. Attic room was bit spacious and made by wood, but not worth for the money they charge. Washroom was clean but needed more maintenance. Amenities like heater, kettle were missing. The only good thing about this hotels...
