Palm resort is a Terrible Resort with no customer service at all. Please do not book here at all. The front desk with, some old uncle and aunty are very rude. The resort is an old property and is not even a cottages worth 2k in Calungute area. Its strictly no, and its a mental harassment to stay there.

The attitude of the staff is so bad. No courtesy. No manners. Beds make so much noise. No doubt this property has so much negative reviews. Sad. There was no shower in the bathroom. And no jet in the bathroom. Poor service.
