I decided to book this hotel after reading the many positive reviews of the hotel. Location wise, it was not too bad, within walking distance of all the sights along jonker street. However the room itself was a little small and the floorboards rankle quite a bit whenever someone walks past. Door to toilet is not totally opaque as well....

The hotel is located in the heart of historical place in Melaka. Truly a boutique hotel. I forgot the room type that i stayed but the room is spacious, clean, vintage look and comfortable. The one thing that i love is the fried rice in breakfast buffet, The best!

Our usual hotel (The Majestic) is out of the way and a walk to where the action is so we decided to stay here for the first time-- great decision! It is parallel to Jonker night market and quite vibrant. The suite was very nice and huge with a jacuzzi bath. Apart from the amenities like towels etc etc being...

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful place. Very friendly staff, the staff gave us very good suggestions for places to eat. The design of the hotel is beautifully decorated, the hotel has been beautifully restored. The hotel is located right in the heart of Malacca old town, very convenient location to visit all the famous sightseeings of Malacca.

This is a typical converted longhouse, so you have no windows at the building sides, only at front and back of the building. The rooms are small square fibreboard boxes laid side by side. With small skylights for windows. The reception area is cute...but it stops there. The breakfast area is across the road and about 30m walk from the...

Courtyard@Heeren is a boutique hotel centrally located in downtown Melaka. The hotel itself is a cosy, family-run one. Although it is a boutique hotel with tradition Chinese/ Peranakan decor, the service is on par with modern hotels. Wifi connectivity is good. Breakfast is a simple homemade style mix of Malaysia & Continental selections.Trinket/ souvenir shops and food stalls are all...

The hotel setting has a great rustic charm and the stay was well worth the price. It's location near jonker street gave its travelers great food and sightseeing options. Finding the place could be a challenge as the hotel entrance blends well with its neighboring shophouses. At least for me, the drive to this place kept me edgy for the...

We had stayed here 3 years previous in a beautiful upstairs room so were happy to come again. We booked a room in advance for 2 nights and were shown to room G5 on the main floor which smelled quite damp so we refused it. Were then moved to room G6 at the back which was better. There were no...

This is a boutique hotel, with a beautifully decorated lobby, rather warm staff and tastefully designed rooms. There was enough hot water to last through the shower unlike some other hotels where the hot water ran out because of a small storage tank. Unfortunately, the good points end here. The most unpleasant experience we had came from the incessant wave...
