Located just opposite of standard chartered bank and near Mahkota Hospital, the location made it convenient for me to visit a friend who was warded in the Hospital. Hotel wise it was not really up to par especially when there are many other newer hotels popping up every other corner. The layout was a maze and the room is just... More

We checked in Queenspark Hotel, a budget hotel in Malacca City after lunch. If not because two of our family members were sitting for an exam held there, we wouldn’t have selected this hotel for our night’s stay! This hotel is situated in a three-storey shop lots at Malacca Raya. The room is quite spacious, but a bit rundown. The... More

Stayed for 3days 2nights,reasonable stay with the water heater deciding to be moody once in a while.Noise would be an issue for light sleepers with the nearby sky bar open till 2-3am-those facing the main road,be warned.Otherwise, friendly staff, comfortable room with basic necessities for a night's rest. For those driving,do get your coupons from the front desk.

In November of this year (2013) my wife and I spent three nights at the Queenspark Hotel in Melaka. Our stay there was a positive experience. The hotel is quite small, which we prefer, since it gives us a chance to get to know the staff and to be treated as people rather than mere numbers. The immediate surrounds are... More

Checked in late evening and be given a room without window at lobby floor. Air conditioner need to adjust manually for the direction of air and that was troublesome. Only can control the temperature. Up at the ceiling, there were mould markings all over it. Felt grossed when looking up. The food, not really good. Malay cuisine. Overall, ok la...

Friendly staff overall. The room was OK, when I finally found it - the layout of the floor is a bit of a labyrinth. I didn't experience any noise at all; the only sound was the whirr of the air con. However, small details made my overview impression less than stellar: A cup with clear lip marks on it (ewww...... More
