Leleuvia has such a laid back feel which makes it perfect for that weekend getaway. What an awesome job the management and staff have done with the marine life around the island...they have spent alot of time rehabilitating the coral which is evident by the...More
I have been coming to leleuvia monthly for the last 6 months, as I work on the neighbouring island. The staff are so welcoming and friendly that they have become friends. Benny is the warm face at reception who welcomes you to the island. Kia...More
Overall a great experience - one of the best places we have stayed at in Fiji. We were there for 3 nights - probably long enough unless you were doing some of the 'off island' experiences by boat.

The Saturday night meal is called Lovo and is a barbecue of chicken, pork and vegetables that are buried in foil and cooked in coals in the ground. Yummy. It was accompanied by salads. The breakfasts are buffet style and consist of several types of cereals, hot oatmeal, breads and fruits. Also included are tea, coffee, and juice. Eggs and omelettes are available for a charge. The lunch is served to you and are generally BBQ or wraps with a side dish. The dinners when not Lovo are served to you and are an entree with one or two side dishes and usually begin with a very tasty soup. Most of the dinners when I visited were fish as entree. Although I'm not a big fish eater, it was some of the best fish dinners I have ever eaten. The chef really knows his stuff. Dessert is not included with any of the meals but ice cream, cheesecake or cake is available anytime for a charge. There is a full bar so drinks are available for purchase anytime. The nice thing is upon checking in to Leleuvia, your host will ask you if you have any food allergies or anything you just don't like to eat and they try very hard to accommodate. I'm not vegetarian or vegan but I know there were some sides and salads that were probably meat free. All in all, the meals were quite satisfying and delicious.
