My boyfriend and I were there for 4 nights in January pretty much because we are divers, we loved the hotel and facilities and the rooms were really nice, with plenty of space and although we were staying in a garden bure, we heard the waves at night which is amazing for me.I

We LOVED this place! My boyfriend and I stayed in Fiji for 10 days. 3 nights in Uprising, 5 night in Hilton and one night in Maui Bay Resort. Any night when we were not at the uprising, we missed the uprising. We stayed in a beachside bure. We had lovely table and chairs to seat

People are friendly and welcoming. That is really positive. We stayed 6 days in the resort which has been recommended by our travel agent. The villas have come in some age meanwhile and room equipment is quite tired. We had 2 villas - one of them had some smell of mold. Room

I've put off writing this review for nearly a year because I simply have no idea how I can possibly put into words how much we loved Uprising! Let's try... The food. The staff. The atmos. The beachfront. The room. The shower. The aircon. The cava ceremony. There was really

What sort of accommodation do you have?
Depends on what you are looking for. We stayed in their Beach Front Villas and did not care much for it. You can read my review on the resort. The manager responded to my review that their Garden Villas might have been a better fit. So depends on your needs. I did make one mistake and did not take note that this resort is a budget hotel so was really disappointed overall. But once the Manager responded that it is indeed a budget hotel, a lot of things made sense at that point.

The meal here was not expensive. I would say 10USD per meal per person. But, try the seafood platter one night. You will need to book a day in advance but that was a good deal/quality. It is 50USD for 2 people and come with a big crab, other seafood like calamari and Fiji style curry.

Are all showers located outside or is that just for the dorms?
Every villa or bure has a shower outside. Villas also have a bathtub inside.
