When China Eastern airlines cancelled our flight for two days, they put me us up at this hotel that was about 20 minutes from the airport and downtown, It was old, dingy but quiet for the most part. There was a lady in the hotel lobby that provided horrible service. She was helpful in with currency trading but she promised... More

So Eastern Airlines arranged for us to be put here after we missed the connecting flight because of them (an original flight also from Eastern Airlines). I would say its a very basic hotel. I felt very scared to be here though. They wanted to keep our passports but we declined. Instead they kept our boarding passes. We went up... More

Never fly China Eastern Airlines, unless you want to stay in this hotel. My flight got cancelled without notification so CE airlines arranged for my stay at this hotel. The hotel was terrible ie dirty bathroom, flush not working, worn towels, rockhard beds, bad location, does not accept credit cards and the list goes on. The service was also pretty... More

I've being in this hotel once because my das cancelled. It wasn't my choice. Bad rooms, dirty bathrooms, old instalations. If you can choice, never hosting in this hotel. The front desk can't speak English and don't try to comunicate with you. Terrible Service.

flight from Harbin had massive delay, so missed international connection.was put up in this hotel by China Eastern. Would never ever have booked here, but! The driver was very kind, I arrived by midnight and they made me some rice and meat and vegetables, with some form of cordial. There was a bed (rock hard like the Chinese apparently prefer,... More

Flight got rerouted and had to take a 45min bus ride with kids and luggage. Needless to say, missed the connecting flight but was given free overnight stay and food vouchers by the airline. The hotel itself is clean and decent enough..since it's free, cannot really complain much, but it is pretty isolated, took another 20 to 30 min by... More

This hotel was horrible. When I arrived the receptionist spoke zero english, forced me to pay a RMB 300 deposit for a room worth RMB 118, while they advertised no deposit. They advertised free internet in the rooms, I only had WiFi in a lobby shared by a gang of locals who were smoking and drinking there, occupying all sitting... More

We also were at the mercy of China Eastern. Their plane was late therefore we missed the connection and thus were sent to this hotel. Previous poster described it pretty well, if you can't speak the language, you are going to be in trouble here. This hotel is located in the industrial area of Chuansha, nothing is close and it... Checked in to this hotel after my flight cancellation by Eastern Airlines. It is about 15 minutes from the airport. The single room is clean, basic, but the bed is a bit hard. Free internet.

This 3-star property is to be recommended on condition that you stay there just one night, have cash (the reception did not accept any international credit cards), have impeccable cash (the lady at the reception did not accept my very slightly torn Euro-20 bill, which is doubly strange considering that many Chinese bills look like they have been in circulation... “- Refuse to pay a deposit if it's written "no deposit" on your booking. - Inspect the room prior to paying. Ensure it does not have a view on that factory and it smells decent. - Go somewhere else, really. If you're transiting for just one night, sleep in the airport.”
