The hotel is located around 25 mins from the airport. The hotel shuttle bus service does not run 24 hours, and the hotel would convince you that they can pick you up or give you a ride to the airport at any time if you tell them in advance. However, during the off-hour the shuttle bus totally stopped its operation... More

The hotel was good but it was a long way from Shanghai central. NZ$50 taxi ride. The district was interesting plenty of shops but nobody spoke English. Had a problem in hotel lost my case keys so tried to ask for cutters. I was just waved on. Chinese customer helped me get case opened because he spoke good English and... More

I think that it must be important to have an english spoken receptionist. It was very dissapointed for me when I tried to speak them or require something and they did not understand me. It is not a bad hotel in terms of services.

We flew China Eastern (CE) from Delhi, landed at Pudong (PVG) at 1100 hrs, and our connecting flight was at 2020 hrs. Given the long layover, I wanted a hotel so that we could shower and take a nap. CE booked this hotel for us (naming it as XinLang Hotel on the voucher), for INR 3,000/- for the half-day. The... More

The other reviews about this hotel were not particularly glowing but I needed a hotel close to the airport because of an early flight and having to stay in Shanghai just overnight. I arrived from the airport via taxi around midnight and checkin was swift. The first pleasant surprise was the quality of the room, it looked much more expensive... More

Most of the taxi drivers could not find the hotel easily. It is somewhat hidden from plain view. It is located next to an exellent seafood restaurant. The DLD stands for DuoLaDuo. If one would inform the taxi of the DOLADUO KTV they probably know to find it. The staff was helpful and helped us with finding routes ect. Not... More

We chose this hotel because we were going to be arriving VERY late at Shanghai airport and there would be no public transport. A taxi there was about 70 RMB (taking into account the night tax). Room was OK, bathroom quite small but acceptable. Breakfast was very noisy (TV on full volume with staff glued to it) and too Chinese;... More
