I paid for 3 nights but stayed for only one night. They charged me twice with 3 nights + 1 night i stayed saying that remaining money will be credited later. But, nothing happend. They gave me haunted room with window broken and had smelly carpet too. Ande, poooorest WI FI Connection

Great location - next to subway 10. It took 45 min to the Pearl and the Bund. Not Western cleanliness, but ok for us. They offer booties, which I used so I didn't walk barefooted around the floors. Bedding and towels were clean, but the cover had (clean) cigarette burns. Fridge, electric kettle, shampoo, soap, TV with two English channels...

This was my third trip to China over the past two years and, unfortunately, the first truly bad hotel I have encountered (also known as "Long Tong Garden Hotel Shanghai", though the sign on the hotel itself says "Lucky Plaza"). Apart from the entrance - which is quite beautiful - this hotel is a disaster: shabby, smelly, worn and torn...

Quite frankly, this is one of the worst hotels I have visited: dirty and shabby lobby; hallway featured water stained and moldy wallpaper peeling off the wall; the carpet in my room was so dirty I had to wear slippers to keep my feet from getting dirty; the bath brought mold infestion to new levels; all advertised on-site restaurants were...
