Stayed there for a few nights, stay here only if you know Chinese language otherwise it will be terrible for you. Rooms and hotel is good but staff is pathetic. They don't know English and are not willing to help you. Analyze before staying here.

Overall the place was good. The room was spacious, good facilities, good location. But the experience was ruined by the following customer service issue: When I checked in I asked for a late checkout, and was told that I would be charged 1.5 times the room rate for checking out by 7pm; and I agreed. I rushed back from my...

As a frequent business traveller on her first trip to Shanghai I let my client choose the hotel. I was wary at first but soon I was happily surprised by the cleanliness of the property, the super efficiency of staff and the adjacent conference facility. One example. After 2 days the room safe with my cell phone, IPad and jewelry...

This hotel in located in the quite center of Hongqiao, Shanghai. Indeed, it might not be the usual 5 star hotel, but its clean, aired, and cosy rooms come over everything else. Notes: Gastronomically economic - The rooms are equipped with a working minibar fridge, an electric kettle, and bags of tea. c'est tout. comfortable beds, 2 pillow kinds, a...

This hotel is ideally situated near both terminals of Hongqiao Airport. There are good restaurants a short taxi ride away (15RMB). It is set in a beautiful and quiet garden setting but is let down by things that don't work and unintelligent excuses. No AC during an unseasonal warm spell, although all of the PR material says "individually controllable temperature...

This hotel looked good on the pictures from the internet but the room was not that great. The bathrooms were pretty nasty with hair in the sink and in the bathtub. The floor of the bathroom was very sticky too. The television didn't have any foreign channels such as CNN or BBC World. The staff was not very friendly and...

First impressions were very good, seemed like friendly staff, generally ok English and the location was ok. The room was HUGE, impression was that this was way better than anything I had ever stayed at. Excellent furniture. It even had its own working area with coffee table and recliner... but impressions fell. We ended up staying three nights before we...

The hotel is close to the airport, which is why we picked it. My son`s credit card was eaten up by the ATM machine. Oh wow. People at front desk tried to help, but their attitude towards him was the worst possible! Rude and very cocky. The hotel itself is good, even though there is no shuttle to the airport....

This is an ok business hotel, good for the airport. Staff's english is good for China. Room is on the small size and quite dated. Nice hotel complex and garden. Food and drinks at the bar is good but expensive. Complimentary breakfast is a tad poor.

The hotel looks nice and is probably recently renovated. It is also very quiet, which can be nice but also means there is no nice/friendly atmosphere. The people at the reception desk don't great you when coming in or going out. Staff does not speak English. Breakfast is ok, but cost extra for us (sometimes it's included, so check before...
