Came for business and stayed there for 3 nights Clean and easy to find with metro or taxi The crew was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a suburb where malls were an easy walk and the metro was next door. It was a few stations to the Shanghai Museum and the People's Square Rooms were clean...

This business hotel is located at the heart of Xujahui, one of the key commercial and entertainment areas outside the Shanghai city centre. Have always stayed here on business trips because of its proximity to our office and the favourable corporate rate on offer. Given that this is one of the earlier locally managed business hotels in Shanghai and the extent of renovation undertaken since to update its 4-star facilities, one would be more considerate and charitable in passing on critical comments. This hotel is in a busy but convenient location on Cao Xi Road and right next door to the Xujaihui metro station. This was my second visit and I remarked again that the decor is slightly depressive, particularly in the rooms where there is a lot of brown wood. This Hotel deserves its five stars. Clean, professional staff, quality furnishings and fittings (which worked), excellent varied breakfast and staff with a greater command of English than is common in China.
