The door would not lock except with the chain. There were bullet holes in the glass and blood residue on the chair. The lamp shades were crumbling with age. This place was so bad I left after checking in. Since the Crimson Tide game was also in town this was the last place an exhausted traveler could find. Decided to...

Stay away, place is hazardous for your health and safety. But if you absolutely have to, bring your own sheets and toiletries and disinfectant spray and after that get the hell out. Read the other bad reviews, they're all true! I would rate them zero stars if I could.

Bugs everywhere in the room, stains all over the bed and floor, drug deals and prostitutes on the premises. I slept with long sleeve shirt and pants so I didn't have to touch the bed. This was legitimately the grossest, most unsafe hotel I have ever been in and it's not like I am someone who stays in nice hotels....

Well, if you book at the last minute on game day you got to accept what you get. But this place is a dump, lord have mercy! No soap in the bathroom, telephone doesn't work, light bulb is missing out of the fixtures, no remote for the TV, the drawers are broken in the dressers and they're screwed shut -...

I booked a room for "family weekend" at this hotel, I was aware of no cancellation policy, however, I am unable to stay that weekend but will be in Tuscaloosa in 2 weeks, I pd $128 for this room when it is normally $40, but due to "family weekend" at the University, the rate is tripled.. I was requesting to...

This is a dangerous place to stay. I had no idea how unsafe this place was when I booked the room. As others have said, the rate was good but it would have been better to keep driving. The room was not clean. Bugs were everywhere and the bathroom was not clean. The location isn't bad, but this place needs...

So here's the thing to remember...if you know you're going to a place where everybody else is planning to go, BOOK EARLY! We were in T-Town to move a college student in the dorm and this place was the last one available within half an hour's drive. Other than the fact that it was filthy and falling apart, the scare...

Traveling for family event and the other hotels were all booked. The price was attractive but the room was suspect! Paint scratched off the wall, white substance on the hunter green curtains, floors that moved under the carpet, worn out furniture and missing tiles in the bathroom. We questioned our reservations and other hotels were sold out, so we endured...

I felt very unsafe. My husband and I were traveling and just needed a place to sleep. We checked in and were directed to our room. The room was disgusting. It smelled like smoke and it was dirty. The curtain was barely hanging and wouldn't close all the way. The room didn't even have a TV. The floors looked like...

There were no rooms available in any motel in Tuscaloosa so we took a look at one of the rooms at Masters Inn. 😱 Walked in and right back out! Smelled terrible! Room was NOT clean! Building in bad condition! They would have to pay me A LOT to stay here!
