We were here just for a quick visit, to see the Volcano and the hot springs. It was cheap and surprisingly nice and clean for the price! Didn't see so much of the town but what I thought it had a good location!

We were originally going to stay at a different hotel in La Fortuna, but after they let us down we found this place and we were really pleased as it was much better than our original choice. The room was spotless and included air con and safe. The balcony rooms have lovely seating outside. The hotel is central and set... More

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights in Pepito's Place and we were very comfortable for our entire stay. The balcony was lovely and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However the experience was somewhat ruined when, whilst checking out, we were accused of stealing the towels by the owner of the hotel. When we'd arrived... More

I found this place out of necessity. The guy around the corner at Cabinas Las Palmas rented my room out from under me, he mentioned this at 3pm, he made me leave. I was panicked and headed out. The first place I stopped at was Pepito's Place and unfortunately I can't remember the guys name that greeted me. His price... More

Pepitos place is a nice and cheap small hotel centrally located but quiet road in La Fortuna (Arenal). It offers 8 well maintained rooms with a terrace on B & B-basis and a reception with tour service. The owner and the reception speak good English and support their guests in getting around. In comparison to other hotels same level around... More

We got to this place by accident, just noticing it on the street, and ended up loving it. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice seating area up front (for enjoying the occasional rain :). Roy at the front desk was kind and helpful, offering some great tours for great prices in Arenal area. Most importantly, you can... More

We stayed in a nice large room with a private bath for $35. That is a great value for La Fortuna. The room had flat screen TV, fridge, AC and fan. Rooms have either a small outdoor area or a balcony. The cleanliness is not the greatest. There is a tiny common kitchen but not very useful. Roy will get... More

This place is just OK. We stayed two nights. The first night the room was clean and modern the beds however were not comfortable at all. The next day we turned the A/C off while we went to get breakfast when we returned we wanted to turn it back on it would not work so we told Roy and he... More

Pepito´s is right in the center - basic/good rooms with a/c, and parking space for your vehicle. You will be helped out by the owner or Roy Correa which does absolutely everything to make you feel at home. We found this place while walking around town looking for a better place to stay and this was it. The room was modern, clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed and fridge.
