Excellent service from Silvia, she is very frinedly and is pending guest satisfaction. The chalet was fully equipped with great details. It's a great place to be in contact with nature, close to San Jose

We had an amazing time at Chalet Orosí! Huber was fantastic! At the end of our stay we really enjoyed talking with Huber! We plan to return again in the future and bring the whole family! Puros 100s! Orosi itself was well worth exploring, and Chalet Orosí makes a great base to explore from as it is centrally located in...

I'm so happy I chose this location in comparison to the other accommodations. It is off the Main Street which we found out has many buses traveling through day and night. Expect to drive slow due to the # of buses in the area. Also watch out for the ditches along the side of the road - so going slow...

The cabin was nice and well equipped. We loved the hot tub in the balcony. The garden is also very nice and adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Location is good and it's easy to get anywhere and still in the quiet part of town. Sylvia is very kind and helpful. The only negative thing is the rooster on the premises...

We loved our two night stay here. Each cabin/house is situated to face different aspects of the garden affording lots of privacy. The interiors were clean, and brightly decorated with nice colors and just the right amount of furniture. The whole garden environment was really peaceful - my boys enjoying playing in the yard with the chickens and animals and...

Three friends stayed in the largest of the three chalets at this charming lodge. We had two comfortable bedrooms, small kitchen, living room, one bathroom and a nice deck. Our goal was to visit Tapanti National Park, about 8 km away -- very easy to find. Silvia was a perfect manager and attended to all our needs. All three of...

Our time in Orosi was that much more pleasant due to Silvia's hospitality and kindness. The chalet was clean and very convenient to Tapanti National Park, Cachi, Cartago, Turrialba, etc. From the porch you can see Oropendula and their hanging nests, along with hummingbirds, etc. Freshly supplied eggs, fruit, and bread/butter (along with milk) was a really nice touch. Thanks...

We spent 2 days and nights here and Sylvia went beyond anything you could expect to answer our sometimes complex requests! Our "chalet" has a jacuzzi on the balcony, which we greatly enjoyed. It overlooks an exquisite garden in which we saw more exotic birds than in nearby Tapanti national park, without getting out of our chairs. Sylvia brought us...

I stayed here for a few days in November 2015. The chalet was nice and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I stayed in the room with the fireplace (I forget the name). Didn't use the fireplace, but the tub on the patio was great for relaxing after a day of driving around the valley. The patio was also a...

We spent only 2 nights here and it was a mistake! The town is really close to San Jose with a lot of things to do. The area is really interesting because you will discover the true life of costa ricien people; this part of Costa Rica is already not visited too much and the climate is excellent (not so...
