This is the most bizarre looking hotel, painted the most hideous colour, consisting of one high-rise building and some botched-together out-buildings, with little to recommend it but its proximity to the Manuel Antonio National Park, and the charming staff. The Park has a lovely beach, but it's quite a walk, and there are more people than wildlife to watch. You...

This was our first visit to Costa Rica, and we stayed at this hotel 3 nights. The location was excellent, near the park entrance, and a few minutes walk to the ocean beach. The grounds, and landscaping were well done. The main pool and smaller pool on the 6th floor were always clean and well cared for. The hotel staff...

The park is literally adjacent to the hotel -- you basically walk past the restaurant, around the corner, and you are at the park's entrance! Our room was spacious, clean, and...

This hotel has fantastic views from room balconies into the jungle canopy. The hotel sits on the border of the national park. we saw both Capuchin and squirrel monkeys from our balcony. Also many birds, including toucans. There is a roof top bar that has self serve coffee at 5am so you can watch the jungle come alive. Listening (and...
