This quaint little seaside town is my favorite place in Costa Rica. The front gate of the hotel adjoins the gate of Manuel Antonio national park. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and so awesome. The staff are gracious and helpful. Dinner was quite good

if you refer to Tropical Storm Nate in October then yes the roads are definitely open for I was there in middle of November with no Road problems.
