Las Islas Lodge is just a stones throw away from Pueto Jimenez. It is very well kept with air conditioned rooms. The staff is totally helpful and engaging. Traditional breakfast and the catch of the day dictates the cuisine. Oscar Villalobos is the best captain. Also called maestro, you name your fish and he'll take you there. But you'll have...

We stayed at Las Islas Lodge in the Osa pennisula for several days of Sport fishing and rainforest activities. The owners name is Oscar and he is also the fishing captain. We loved the lodge and our days out on his boats. He is known as one of the best fishing captains in the area. His lodge is clean and...

Lodge and staff were absoultely the best! Las Islas Lodge is probably the best Lodge we have stayed in so far. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the shower is huge and most of all the rooms were very very clean. Las Islas Lodge is the only Lodge in the area with a built in swimming...

Great fishing/eco trip at one of the best local lodges in Pueto Jiminez. Las Islas Lodge provided all the amenities and conveniences to make our trip and stay enjoyable. Clean, spacious room with vaulted ceiling, central air conditioning w/paddle fan and large private bath, easy access to pool and restaurant/bar facilities on premises with English/Spanish speaking staff made everything relaxing...
