I don't know how this hotel compares to other hotels in the city, but for the price, I was not impressed. I have stayed in some pretty shoddy places and this was in no way the worst, but felt like more of a $50/night motel rather than what we paid for a double room. The peeling laminate floors, staticky TV,...

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate each and every request. Room was well above average and hotel grounds were well maintained. food was excellent and well worth the price, breakfast came with the room cost and again excellent. Thank you

Great views all around, complete kitchen, comfortable rooms with ice cold A/C, laundry machine & dryer in apartment. Terrace is large and great for sunset watching / lounging. The rooms were clean, and modern decorated. Bed was hard, but slept well on it. Secure ample parking with guard. Only downside is stores and supermarkets are a bit far to walk...

This is a nice location to visit punta arenas, costa rica. The friendly staff and the food was great. Erik at the front desk make the check in very fast and help my father of 90 year old get our room cool and set up on time. The pool was clean and the boats on front of the hotel give...

We loved it here! If you're looking for a really nice place, you won't find it here though. It wasnt very nice (i feel like calling it a 3 star hotel is pushing it as it occasionally smelled like sewage), but if you're looking for a cheap, laid-back place to kick it for a few days, I found it perfect!...

Great location close to everything, big town about 15 minutes from there, it was very convenient. We went across on the ferry to Playa Naranjo, which was very nice and close which allowed us to come back to the hotel on a day trip, we also went up to Monteverde which allowed us to do a day trip. The Hotel...

The place is good and clean. You can sleep well and the view from the room is nice. The swimming pools are nice for the whole family. The only problem was the service. During weekend there are not enough tables for everyone. The service will not help you. You can try early in the morning. I would go again.

Clean spacious air-conditioned condos with a view of the bay and mountains. Use AirBnB through Maikol...he is a great host, a true local full of recommendations for a real Costa Rican experience...and you can hire him for a unique boat tour through the mangroves or a ride to the Natuwa Macaw Sanctuary (hidden-gem experience of the Puntarenas region). For birders:...

The condos are beautiful! Modern two bedroom, two bath, full service kitchen and huge balconies with sunset/sunrise views! Cool, clean, and convenient. A home away from home, steps to the beach and marina. Bar/restaurant on premises overlooks marina and serves a lovely ceviche! Book through Maikol on AirBnB to get a great condo and great service. Check with Maikol about...

The pictures are somewaht misleading as the pictures is of the condos that you don't stay in. Marina is nice to see. Looks very run down from the outside but the inside has just been renovated so the rooms and hotels inside are very nice. The pool was huge but dirty and cloudy even with goggles. The grounds were not...
