Staff is wonderful, rooms are clean, and the food is good! It's really all you need to know about the hotel, other than it's perfect location! Would be nice if this hotel offered service to the airport. Parking lot it a bit tight as well, but mostly I just felt at home! Will stay there again!

Stayed here on arrival & prior to departure as part of package. Hotel is in Central location near shops & restaurants. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Bathrooms vary from large to quite tight (based on the two rooms used!).

Thank you for your great feedback. As part of the Hotel Presidente Family, if you have such a strong endorsement, I guess we would have liked a 5 out of 5 rating in your review.

In the heart of of the city. Beautiful job repurposing what may have been a warehouse. Wonderful staff. Large room; king bed with sitting room; good value. Walk to restaurants, shops, museums. Free wifi. Breakfast buffet. Bar.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The lobby area has great wifi, access to computers and printer, free tea and water, lots of places to sit and friendly staff. Sometimes the staff could have been more helpful but we think they tried their best. Breakfast was good and varied slightly between days.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Presidente while in Costa Rica, this place was right in the heart of town and super posh!!! Everything was adorably decorated and clean!!! Our room was huge and had a jacuzzi tub!! The breakfast buffet was loaded and there wasn't anything else you could have asked for!! All the staff we interacted...

Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, making theatre booking and arranging taxi. Comfortable hotel, centrally located. Excellent breakfasts, with omelette cooked to order. Room (522) quiet. No plug!

The staff here is amazing and can answer any questions you have from tours to car rental assistance to where to eat and where not to eat. The hotel is on the pedestrian walk which has everything you might need. The hotel is kept up very well and although not a 5 star it's priced great. They also pick you...

We stayed here on our last night in Costa Rica, before our flight home. The hotel's lobby does not match the rooms themselves. The rooms were dank, stark and very bare. We were disappointed that our room did not mimic the cool, urban decor in the lobby. The room itself was loud as there is a busy street below and...

I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. Our upgrade plan started with the lobby as you mention, moving on to the rooftop bar / restaurant which is due to open next month. The facade will get a significant artistic upgrade as it will be the canvas for the Tu Ciudad / Tu Lienzo artistic contest winner was...

Lovely hotel. An oasis of cool in a hot and humid city. Lovely staff, awesome foyer and no dildos in the mini bar for hipsters hotel bingo but plenty of brick walls and pointless iPads in reception. All in all, a melting pot of emotions after my visit.

Interesting commentary RichieGraham. More to come, as the hotel's facade will soon sport the artistic works of the Tu Ciudad Tu Lienzo contest winner.
