Living on Hawaii Island, we're spoiled, and Villa Corallina is beyond beautiful. Marco & Tatiana are excellent hosts. We can't wait to return.

This was our WOW holiday. My wife and I have had the privilege to celebrate our wedding anniversary in this fantastic motu next to Moorea island. We can't imagine the better place in the world for such and other occasions - simply the ideal one - 1) no crowd of tourists, just you, hosts and very quiet neighbours; 2) two...

If you want an Americanized version of French Polynesia, this is NOT the place for you. If you like the hotel experience with all its associated amenities, this is NOT the place for you. But if you want to truly experience Moorea and all its beauty, then Villa Corallina may be just the paradise for you. Coming here was a...

My wife Julia and I had looked at several places for our honeymoon; mostly of the cookie cutter bungalow variety. We decided that we didn't wan't that canned experience and didn't want to be so close to everybody else on our honeymoon. Enter Motu Fareone and Villa Corallina. From the very start, Marco was very responsive and made booking the...

My family spent ten days at Villa Corallina over the Christmas and New Years holiday and we did not want to leave! We were six adults and one baby and the Corallina compound worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own space -- private bedrooms and bathrooms -- with a great kitchen, common areas to read, and several dining areas...

My wife and I had been dreaming of a trip to Tahiti since we first met over 2 1/2yrs ago. When I popped the question and to my delight she said yes, we both knew we were going to Tahiti for our honeymoon but what we didn't know was where to stay. As fate would have it 7mos before our...

This past summer our family of six vacationed for two weeks at the Villa Corallina; an exotic motu set like a pearl in the aquamarine waters of a South Pacific lagoon. Each morning when I awoke, I peeked through tilting palms at the lagoon and asked myself, am I really here? We rented the impressive main villa, the gorgeous master...

Villa Corallina is a slice of paradise where we were lucky to spend a few days! When traveling, we prefer to avoid hotels, and the villa was perfect for our family of five. Everything about this place is amazing. The hosts (Marco and Tatiana) are gracious, wonderful people, who live in their own villa next door. Kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, are...

Villa Corallina will memsmerize you with it's beauty and you will never want to leave. Go quickly to this hidden gem--you will be forever touched. There is no other place in my opinion that compares in Moorea. The...

Our family of five (myself, my husband, two children in their twenties and our 12 year old) spent five glorious days at Villa Corallina last December. I've been meaning to write this review since then because all of us so enjoyed our stay. The location is quiet, private and stunning. We relaxed at the beach, kayaked, snorkeled, took walks around...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Beautiful private villa beach front located on a private island. Motu Fareone on which Villa Corallina is located, is a stunning little island inlaid like a green jewel into crystal-clear, turquoise waters of Moorea's famous lagoon, just across the channel from the main island of Moorea that offers a haven of peace and intimacy. Motu Fareone is not just any resort. It is a private island where the owners live and rent out just that single Villa to their lucky guests. ... more   less

“If you can swing it, rent the main house and the master bedroom (separate villa). The cottage in the back is not charming and lacks a view, but it works if you're group needs the extra bedroom/space.”
