I really loved the vibe of this hotel. It is a fair balance of simplicity and being pampered. We only stayed the one night but it was a very refreshing stay. We arrived, had a nap, watched a rainstorm pass while drinking Hinano, watched a rainbow form as we lounged in the pool, watched a beautiful sunset over the water...

This was our 2nd visit to French Polynesia but first to Raiatea - although we've landed on the island more than once during flights. We planned to stay the whole time in a family pension but decided to spend the last night in the hotel last minute. We were very lucky that they had availability and accommodated us under short...

We had a relaxing stay here. The lodge is charming and well kept. It is a place all to it's self on this lovely island. We were greeted in our room with bright flowers from the grounds adding colorful accents to every corner and surface (a popular local custom). The most remarkable part of the stay was the included meals...

Located about 5 minutes drive South of the airport (about 10 minutes from "downtown" Uturoa), this small hotel is located on a quiet piece of land alongside the road circling the island. Nice property, with lots of flowers (as expected in French Polynesia), and a semi-open lounge and dining area with sea view. The rooms are set somewhat motel-like on...

We stayed here before setting sail for a week. The setting is relaxed, authentic and just what we needed after arriving exhausted in the early morning hours. All of the important things are there and are excellent: food, setting, comfort, and activities. We did some of the best snorkeling right at the end of the dock and spent the day...

This little (only 16 rooms) cosy hotel is situated on the coast just 8 km South of the airport. It is a wooden building in colonial style, nice color and decorations. You will need to book transport from the airport (16€) just mail the hotel. There are no shops or services near the hotel, we took a taxi to Utoroa...

This is an island/tropical hotel with rooms looking out onto the lawn and water. Rooms are very comfortable with a balcony - these rooms though are tropical in nature and not ultra modern but it fits with the area. There is very nice pool and a hundred yard walk takes you to the ocean where you can use the complimentary...

We drove around the island of Raiatea, and before returning to Tahaa decided to stop here for lunch. It is a nice hotel on the quiet side of the island and we found that the restaurant had delicious food and a varied menu. Our waitperson, Heimanu, was a delight. There were four in our party and we all enjoyed the...

We spent several nights here before a week of sailing, and we absolutely loved the place. The people were so very friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was delicious, and there was great snorkeling just off a pier across the road. We also rented a day room to use prior to an evening flight departure and it was so restful....

This was the second hotel we stayed at during our trip to French Polynesia. After a more rustic first experience, this hotel was a welcome change. Everything was perfectly organised, starting with the transfer and the welcome with cold towel and fresh drink. The hotel is on the small side which contributes to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The owners...
