If you've been to Alaska and not Cordova, you haven't seen Alaska. This is a great location to visit Alaska if you have never been! Eyak lake is crystal clear on the southern and eastern edge, it is a little cloudy on the northern edge, but this is where the glacier melt enters the lake. You can see the bottom... More

Everyone in town will point you to the Reluctant Fisherman Restaurant fir the best meal in town. Overlooking the south side of the small boat harbor it gives you a great view of everything happening on the docks. Recently opened for breakfast and lunch to add to the excellent dinner service thay have always had. They have remodeled the front... More

We had a week long stay with plenty of rain and a bit of perfect weather. The front desk staff were always accommodating and warm. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The room we had was a "mountain view" and did not have a fridge or microwave. The mountain view was minimal. I will probably opt for a Harbor... More

Best view of the harbor... The mussels and clams were awesome!!! I would ask for extra rice and maybe bread... Always extra red curry sauce left... That sauce is bomb!!! And a few empty shells.... But great dish! And the french onion is amazing soup!!! Great favor!! Our server was very nice and on point! although she was quite busy,... More

At the end of a very long day flying across the country to Alaska, I was very pleased with my room, bed, and the good shower and sleep I got. The front desk was accommodating with our somewhat late check in, and again the next day storing our luggage for a bit before we moved on. Room was clean, smelled... More

A large group of us stayed here prior to and after chartering boats to see Prince William Sound. Rooms were basic, but clean, spacious and quiet. Simple breakfast items available and nice deck to look out over the marina. Everything is within walking distance since the town is small and close.

There are very few places to stay in Cordova and this is the best. I promise the weather is not always like the picture from management. I was the in early June and I rained every day I was there. The rain is more of a drizzle and not a downpour. There are attached laundry facilities. Clean rooms, comfortable beds... More

The harbor views from the hotel are fantastic and has a central location. It's not a luxury hotel but it is clean, the staff was friendly and has a great restaurant. The fish & chips as well as the ceviche was very good but I would suggest beer unless you like boxed wine. We enjoyed our stay and would stay... More

This was a nice motel in a great location with a fabulous view of the harbor. Even watched a sea otter playing around. Good enough continental breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants around including one in the hotel. The lobby was cozy with lots of reading material.

What a lovely view of the working harbor. My room was looking back at the mountains but I was rarely in it but to sleep. Clean good size room. Was able to walk up to town and down along the harbor. Views from the restaurant and deck were outstanding. Was able to have breakfast, that was nice, especially the Eggs... More
